Can't login

I can't seem to log into the server but it lets me log into the website. It says "the account name doesn't exist"

Hello, if you created account on the forum you still need to register IG

Because forum accounts are not linked to the IG accounts.

and how do i link my eclipse account to the IG one? im new too this=newbie :D

We used to have accounts like that linked but we have decided to stop doing that, because linking accounts and forums only means more things can go wrong if we decide to move to different forum software or upgrade it

You need to create your account in game, login to the server and make new account/register.

What is your password combination? Is it at least 7 letters long and contains upper case, lower case and a number?

Whenever you enter the game, you should be able to make a new account using an email and password.

if you are making a new account, you should not be getting a "account does not exist" error.

If this issue still persists, feel free to message me on discord or on the forums with any screenshots you have of this.
