RedFox Posted October 2, 2020 Report Posted October 2, 2020 Hey @pauledwards ! Sorry to hear about you not receiving the E-mails. Have you checked you SPAM folder in the E-mail, or maybe sponsored. If they are not there, which format of E-mail are you using (Gmail, hotmail, outlook, live.co.uk (and others))? That can sometimes cause a problem, but as I know from it has been solved from our (ECRP) side. Make sure you entered the correct mail?
