The verification email can take up to 24 hours to receive. Please be patient during this time and do not request multiple verification emails as each one will void the previous. Have you checked you SPAM folder in the E-mail, or maybe sponsored. If they are not there, which format of E-mail are you using (Gmail, hotmail, outlook, live.co.uk (and others))? That can sometimes cause a problem, but as I know from it has been solved from our (ECRP) side. Make sure you entered the correct mail?
