Flucifial Posted September 5, 2017 Report Posted September 5, 2017 Hello, I'd just like to report that whenever your license get's suspended, once it is reinstated, you must go to the DMV to get a new one. In real life, it would automatically just be valid again. Thanks!
aon Posted September 6, 2017 Report Posted September 6, 2017 At least where I live, if you get your license taken away for an offense that is quite major (Speeding 50kmh+ over the limit, DUI, hit and run, reckless driving) you would be unable to get it back for a year+, and even then you would have to pass ALL the driving tests once again (theory+practice test), and also see a psychologist. Now considering that in-game people get their license suspended for something like felony evading, I think it would unrealistic if you DID get your license back, without having to re-take the tests. The suspension is not really a suspension, it's a removal of your license, plus you can't get it back for a period of time. 1
