aon Posted September 6, 2017 Report Share Posted September 6, 2017 At least where I live, if you get your license taken away for an offense that is quite major (Speeding 50kmh+ over the limit, DUI, hit and run, reckless driving) you would be unable to get it back for a year+, and even then you would have to pass ALL the driving tests once again (theory+practice test), and also see a psychologist. Now considering that in-game people get their license suspended for something like felony evading, I think it would unrealistic if you DID get your license back, without having to re-take the tests.
