The Triathlon Event, Part 1

 

 

After discussion with Alpha Enterprises high command and his close associate Kent Bardoue, Sebastian Papadakis decided to sponsor the Los Santos County Triathlon event and provide security services for Los Santos County Sheriff department.  Immediately after, they planned the operation and organised everything with Mason Lee and Benny Fox.  Since it was a sponsorship, Papadakis offered six agents, including himself to supervise the whole operation and put his social skills at bay.  Using two company vehicles, they met near the events starting postion to discuss and plan ahead for the operatives.

An email was sent to the operartives, informing them about the operation.

Today I am contacting you about the meeting we are going to have tomorrow regarding the operation on the 21st of November at 7:00 PM, This is event is expected to be highly populated so I count on you.
Alpha Enterprises decided to sponsor services towards Los Santos County Triathlon.I invite you in a meeting today, 7:00 PM and we will be gathering at the Parking Lot next to Legion Square. If you are already located at Paleto you may wait for us there since the meeting will be held there. 
We will be going over the whole operation and looking at the places/locations we will be guarding and how's everything going to happen. You will have an image of the whole route that the Marathon will go. During the meeting we will conduct a seminar so you are ready to meet our expectations.

The Triathlon Event, Part 2

 

It was a week before the event, when we were trying to setup a meeting for our employees. After two or three days, we realized the meeting, our Boss - Sebastian Papadakis, he explained to us about event itself. We were going from location to location, to get used to the place we’ll need to guard. Basically, the event was triathlon, we had to go to every single location where the contestant had to switch from swimming to driving the bicycles, and then to the running.

The time came, it was 21st November. The event was about to start, so we had to sign the contestants and put them in three groups, each group had around 10 contestants. The time was running down till the start, we called them by their group and got them ready to start the event.

They started swimming, we had to go at the finish line, in meantime the other Guards and Officers were scouting if someone is going to make his event easier by getting inside a car and going to another location where there’s a car waiting for him. The Officers did a very good job by using their Helicopter for scouting from above.

The first group of contestants has finished the race, and came successfully to the finish line. Some of them were really tired, but we had some water and snacks at the finish line.

The other two groups has also finished their race. At the end the winners of the whole event were announced. The Winner of the whole event was Abilio Fresh, he was the contestant who came the first in every single race. The winners were announced by the Sheriff Bobby Kirk.

Play by the rules, but be ferocious.

 The Sheriff's Department truly gave the agency the recognition Papadakis was planning for. The supervisors proved him right, everyone was expecting a great attendance to arrive at the event. Apart from commoners, the event attracted a few of the high profiled families of Los Santos. That could not go un-noticed and Sebastian used his social skills to get involved with them in various discussions, getting them attracted for Cerberus.  Soon after he was contacted for a business meeting.



Los Santos was covered in snow when Paulo Witherfork approached him. After numerous meetings the two strong men decided that for the mutual benefit they should change page and put their old confrontations to rest. Papadakis informed his advisors and they crafted a four pages long contract. In that contract, the provider, Cerberus Security and the Affiliate, Assured Services agreed on security for 40 events. Something that pleased Papadakis as it ensured stability.
With terms and regulations that will not be disclosed here, the two came in agreement and signed the contract, it was not just a successful deal for both but a step forward for more business to come as Cerberus Security is filled with police officers, trained staff and a team with strong bonds, is pretty known as those you can rely on.

Guarding you from "A-B"

It was a busy week for the agency, but the operations office received a client request from DownTown Cab Co. Papadakis couldn't decline such oportunity and armed the agency with four more agents, ready to work from the Los Santos Police Department as the recruitment campaign was already running. A meeting was held despite the short notice from LilyMay Bryd. Papadakis, escorted by his personal security detail attended the meeting and had a second chance to enter their headquarters. Mister Yegor Ivanov, the Chief Operating Officer was straight forward to the point, with LilyMay Bryd organising the event, they discussed the details. The meeting lasted about 30 minutes but due to the agency's reputation and his friend Stela Cater, the clients had already decided that Cerberus should be the agency guarding their event.

 

The contract was signed, the payment received. It was now up to the agency to commit and do what they are good at. It was going to be an invite only party, expectations about 50 attendants from Los Santos County Sheriff's department and DownTown Cab Co. employees, celebrating christmass. The agents had to ensure the stability and guarantee their safety of them and their vehicles. It was a friendly party but when alcohol speaks, you never know of the outcome.

Guarding you from "A-B"

And the outcome was as expected. The 5 agents managed to identify, search and ensure everyone's safety. Friendships and personal relations aside, Papadakis had to ensure that everyone in the property was un-armed because of the heavy alcohol presense. It's not that you don't trust them but you do it for their own good. Their vehicles were secured by agents patroling and inside, everything was smooth. The event was crowded and everyone enjoyed themselves with great music, snack and beverages while the agents were greeting them politely and were there to assist everyone.

 

It's really important for the agency to maintain a good relationship with the clients. And what's better than actually listening to them? An Email was sent to them, requesting their honest feedback so we can learn from them and improve. An other satisfied client that received what he paid for. We thank them for the feedback and the experience they gave us!

Security that Assured them.

After the opening was announced, a major snow storm caused problems in the city. The opening had to delay but not everyone was aware of it. The agency had to act quick and assemble the team to dispatch it to the location. The 5 agents were dispatched to the Country Club and three more were dispatched a minute after, arming the property with our guards. Security wise we knew what to do, the men were trained. Benny Fox, the supervisor adjusted our tablets with the VIP list. The four assigned agents at the entrance were able to identify and crossmatch the VIP's from the regulars, search them quickly and process them inside without them having to wait in line. Tickets were sold and Raffle money processed. The attendance was interrupted from the snow storm and our client was not satisfied. Although he didn't witness us on a full scale operation, his feedback was appreciated so the agency can become better in the future.

Cerberus.com - Part 1

Jamie Patterson arrived at the Cerberus office and sat at his desk.  Piles of paper covered the surface with some sheets flying across the room in the draft as he dropped into his seat.  After chasing some duty reports around the room, he decided that enough was enough, it was time for Cerberus to become digital.  He called a meeting with Papadakis the next day and they discussed some possible solutions.  

"A VP-what?"

After explaining some of the technical aspects to Papadakis and hearing the requirements from the business, he received signed permission to order enough tablets for all of the agents and to install a secure VPN on the Cerberus server.  A cell plan was also purchased for each tablet to allow communication while out of the office.  The items were ordered and Jamie prepared the server while waiting for their arrival.

"The server is working boss."

The sound of computer fans filled the air as Jamie tapped at the keyboard doing some tests to make sure the servers had successfully connected to the Cerberus secure network.

He finished the setup and stood back, rubbing his hands together triumphantly.  The next step would be to unpack and prepare the tablets.

Three days later there was a knock at the door of the office.  The tablets had arrived! After the Go Postal worker had helped carry the boxes into the office, Jamie began unpacking them.

While the tablets charged there was something very important to be done...

"Mr Papadakis, put the kettle on!"

Once the VPN was connected, Jamie made sure to test it thoroughly.  As there would be critical confidential information transferred, Jamie ensured that the connection was secure and reliable.

 

The first employee to get their tablet was Mr Papadakis.  

 

"Great Success!"

With Shadow Corporation and Assured Services on his side, it's time for Papadakis to expand and maintain control over his four companies while being a reliable source of security agents for the whole city.

Another day another happy costumer well in this case  it would be a couple Mr and Mrs Tate's wedding. Alpha Enterprises received a call from the magnificent groom that she needed a  security presents during the wedding so Mr Papadakis spring into action and formed a Elite team of operatives to safely take care of the wedding. It was going oh so well till a White Mule showed up we all spring into action trying to make it leave hoping it would not crash into anyone and ruin the wedding, soon later it left when we called police. We all settled down and waited for the very special moment then when Mr Rashguard said "You may now kiss the bride" we all started to cheer and clap. Then the Tate's lived happy ever after.
