I am finding as a new player that some hours I am on .. the server has ZERO taxi drivers, and ZERO mechanics on duty. So if my car breaks I have to sit and sit and sit. and Hope for the best. I think these fields need to open up. And also.. maybe make it more open to gangs or anyone with cash.. to buy some of this damn empty property on the server, and provide some variety in what players can shop.
