Renovating isn’t just a job, but a passion that I do in my free time to alleviate stress from my 9 to 5 job. I will always ask before a job if I will be allowed to use your home in the gallery following the conclusion of the job. As jobs come in, the gallery will grow in return showing you all more options that are available to you, but know that each design is customized to your wants and needs. The current gallery can be found HERE. Pricing ――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――― All pricing, for renovations of interiors or exteriors, is price of the furniture plus a 65% service charge. This can be increased or decreased based on location of the house, but all details of payment would be discussed before and renovating began to make sure that everything works for you! My job is all about customer satisfaction, and more than likely we can always work something out to get you the house or business of your dreams. For consultations, all prices are on a case by case basis. This is because each job is different, and there is no way to know just how long the consultation will last, as well as whether or not it is in person or via email. All payments, and the percentage of the service charge, will be put into a contract - signed by both parties and a witness, before the job is started to insure everyone's financial safety. As always, tips are not required, and always up to the customer and your satisfaction.
