For future reference, I put these houses up for people who want the actual house, not just to flip. I try and get a price that is both beneficial for me and accessible to the customer. If I am looking to get rid of a house or do not know a price for it I will state that it is negotiable, otherwise I am most likely only looking for the price at the door
