mikebumbum Posted March 20, 2020 Report Posted March 20, 2020 the house in the grove street circle again which you are forgetting which also had a lot more property than your house if your house was in the circle sure maybe it would be worth 700 or more but its not i know people this month who bought 2Gs on grove street for 300-350k your house is no where near 700 that's why every person who commented said if you lowered the price a lot they'd buy realize you haven't gotten one offer in a month
