BlinkWarp Posted December 19, 2019 Report Posted December 19, 2019 Hi All, Just created my account yesterday, tried to login to Panel, and I am met with a "Could not find account!". When I try to press the "forgot password" link, I get another message saying "Request failed with status code 404". I'd love some help from any users or support staff who have experienced this before. imb4: Yes my login info is correct
kenichis Posted December 20, 2019 Report Posted December 20, 2019 Are you sure you're logging in using the ECRP credentials and not the forums credentials? Since they are 2 different things.
