Can't Login to Panel Please Help

Hi All, Just created my account yesterday, tried to login to Panel, and I am met with a "Could not find account!". When I try to press the "forgot password" link, I get another message saying "Request failed with status code 404". I'd love some help from any users or support staff who have experienced this before. imb4: Yes my login info is correct
