Expected behavior:Ā Ā If i'm not tuned into any of the government frequencies, I shouldn't be able to see those communications. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate:Ā Join LSPD, Join DCC. Be off duty with PD and on duty with DCC.
