Also we are talking the closest possible to the 3g cul-de-sacks?

Because 2Gs in Mirror Park are, as you say, independent homes with garages and driveways, I would say the value for one of those should be, right now, around the 550k mark. In other parts of the city the 2G price is also increasing and as such this is the price I consider acceptable for Mirror Park 2Gs. 1
