Yeah, I wont sell for as low as that im afraid. There hasnt been any for sale that I have seen recently for 60k. What I have saw more recently though are 1G's selling for a min of 130k. There are some near impound for sale for 170k and others for 200k.

One at 270k, doubt they will get that though but who knows.
