Fear Roleplay (FRP) Players must prioritize their character's life and act as if they have only one life. This means taking realistic precautions and avoiding situations that would knowingly put their character's life at unnecessary risk. Players whose life is in direct danger must RP adequate fear and are expected to comply with demands when faced with a weapon. Choosing not to surrender is only appropriate if you have a reasonable means of resistance or escape (e.g., possessing a weapon or a viable and immediately accessible getaway). If you do choose not to comply, you must be prepared to RP the full consequences of your actions. Simply attempting to run on foot without such reasonable means does not qualify. In situations where players find themselves outnumbered (ex. 3v1) should show adequate fear for their life and comply with demands given. If an attacker lowers their weapon to type, victims who were under fear RP remain as so. A player is not showing proper fear if they run while on foot and a weapon is aimed at them at close range, or if they drive into an active shootout more than once without the intent of providing cover or fleeing with it. A player has the option to react if they are in a powered vehicle, if they already have a weapon drawn facing their attacker, or if their attacker's view is obstructed by an object. Punishment: Anything from an admin jail to an indefinite ban. Punished under Non-Roleplay. 10. Non-Roleplay (Non-RP) Non-Roleplay Non-Roleplay behavior is considered as actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay. It's difficult to interpret or understand what good roleplay can be sometimes, and we aim to steer players in the direction we want them to go through our server rules. Players are welcome to speak to staff for guidance in regard to roleplay. Some examples (not exhaustive) of Non-RP: Ignoring roleplay, such as when someone is trying to grab you through the usage of /me’s. Doing wheelies on motorcycles in chases or in other situations where the speed grants an advantage over others. (The speed boost from doing wheelies in GTA 5 is unrealistic; thus, it's not allowed in situations where the speed is an advantage over others.) Leaning forward is fine. Asking to be killed or forcing your own death. (Players are not allowed to force their death; they only die when they bleed out by the script.) Unrealistic stunt jumping. Using inappropriate vehicles to ram and cause damage to another car. Appropriate vehicles are those with ram bars and heavy vehicles. Head-on rams are not allowed (ramming a vehicle head-on that is traveling toward you). Heavy vehicles are considered, but not limited to: Kamacho, Guardian, Pounder, Insurgent, TARV, other trucks, and vehicles of similar category. Performing a PIT maneuver against a vehicle significantly larger than your own. PIT maneuvers can be performed by anyone not in a supercar. (A PIT maneuver is a tap on the rear side of a car, not done with the intention of causing damage to the car with yours; that would be considered ramming.) Using script work vehicles for purposes other than the intended job. Swimming during an active chase. Exemptions include crossing a small body of water (such as a river) or reaching an escape vehicle (such as a boat). Stealing from or tampering with an OOC F4 menu. Using a vehicle to block one-way entry/exits of, e.g., banks and stores. Government-funded faction members must go off duty when not performing faction duties IC. Breaching the building rules intentionally. Using law enforcement as a tool by criminals against other criminals to disrupt their roleplay at static criminal locations. For example, calling 911 to report a gang at a lab. Law enforcement should also disregard this type of information if they are aware that a criminal is giving it to them. Static criminal locations = areas that are static by script, e.g., drug labs and non-player-owned chop shops. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum)While the pursuit was underway, ID 71 and ID 61 delivered an unrealistic and unsafe driving maneuver that would not be characteristic of realistic roleplay and showed a lack of concern for the life of their character, While I was travelling at an extremely fast speed of approximately 220km/h, the reporting officers intentionally cut in front of my car and slammed on their breaks to form a block, they also made unsafe U turns directly into oncoming traffic travelling at high speeds, if the vehicle hit directly in the middle at 220km/h it would realistically have been a fatal, blocking a vehicle at such intenseand high speeds and not considering the life threatening situation at hand is not an acceptable level of fear for their character's life, and is not realistic. Evidence of rule breach I have told them to save their footage both faction PD/SD, I hope they also have it. Quote

I was 1hp and dying of hunger I needed to get some food QUICK brotha. I turned left to go to the gas station and REUP on some FOOD dawg!!! I sat there, at the gas station and recuperated my HUNGER and my THIRST and rejoined the chase. Shit the mf reporting me was swimming for ages bruh. LOGS CAN CONFIRM A MF WAS HUNGRY AND WAS EATING BRUH!!! I ALSO SHOULD BE ABLE TO SEE THE EVIDENCE HELD AGAINST ME!! This whole report smellin SHADY to me cuh.. EDIT: Bro the video has no audio and is cropped/trimmed heavily. If the video was longer you would literally see me behind her and purposefully break off so I can get food and you would see them swimming for 10mins in the pacific fucking ocean.
