I was conducting a traffic stop on Malcolm Tanaka [ID 31] who is with Kudo Kai and he began evading, During the pursuit black cars started getting into the pursuit line but due to a lack of units nothing was done. He eventually crashed after running into a car and it appeared as if it might have been a code 0 however i guess he reconnected quick enough and was further launched forward from the bike. I tased him and placed him in cuffs. This is when Rooks (My pov will confirm it was rooks and Kudo Kai.) decided to get out of their vehicles and start shooting me. This pursuit started with a kudo kai member, and had nothing to do with rooks whatsoever, they had 0 reason to get into the pursuit or inject themselves into the situation especially over a simple evasion. After i died Rooks continued to hunt cops that attempted to get to the scene to grab my body or Malcolm however they were shot at and tried to leave, Rooks followed due to the officer (Nathan Callen) shooting at rooks when getting on the scene. They chased him to MRPD and into the garage killing him (you will have to ask for his POV) they also killed 2 officers that just clocked on shift and had not been able to see what was going on. I did tell ID 25 and ID 31 to save there pov neither responded to the pm.

First off, saying I "disconnected and reconnected" is just straight up a lie. My game didn't drop connection at all, my frames just tanked because of GPU lag and my game froze. It’s called desync, it happens all the time on the server, and trying to spin a hardware lag spike into an OOC rule break is just ridiculous. You can literally ask any LEO player who has ever been in a chase with me (Malcolm Tanaka)—they all know my game stutters and desyncs heavily whenever I'm flying through the city at 160+ kph because my GPU is limited.

Also, the Rooks didn’t randomly inject themselves into the scene. Kudo Kai and Rooks have an established working relationship and alliance. They saw my white BF400, which basically only Kudo uses, and they backed up their ally. It is literally not against the rules to back up your alliance in a chase when you're trying to save them from going to jail.

Your entire DM and NRP report is literally just you whining because you didn't have enough backup. You don't see crims running to the forums crying when it's 19 cops swarming 1 criminal. You guys chose to engage me while you were short on units, and you paid the price for it when my boys showed up. That’s an IC tactical mistake on your end.

LEO on this server already has a massive reputation for trash quality RP and using completely unreasonable tactics, and this report is the perfect example of that. It’s honestly sad seeing reports like this get filed just because your egos got destroyed after getting wiped by a group. It’s unprofessional and unreasonable, stop wasting staff time because you lost a situation.

the rooks saw an aggressive action towards one of there alliance by an active chase. my involvement ended the time i got on my buddies bike and drove away. the rest after that is not my involvement. im sorry you guys didnt like the way things ended but crims experience this every day due to leos questionable bad quality rp. that engagement costed you your lives anyways. your bad ic tactical error shouldnt hold us liable because you made a shitty judgement. grow up and move on with your rp.

Hi squirtle how are you, always nice to talk to you.

I would like to start by saying that when i first originally hopped out of the car the reporting party had a taser in his hand, i figured i would be able to give him demands and maybe get him to put his hands up so Malcom can escape without issues. I was not first to shoot, the officer was so im not sure how thats a question to be asked.

Malcom is a good friend of the rooks, constantly hitting banks with us 75% of the time we do. Malcom is also in Kudo kai which we have a very strong alliance with, no doubt about that.

We were driving around the city checking labs as during this time the only labs open were in city i believe. We saw Malcom getting chased by a singular cop car so we decided to follow just incase he needed a pickup. Malcom is extremely good at driving so he ended up smashing into my car and falling off his bike (possibly my fault for driving too close to him). Once he was off his bike he got tazed and placed into cuffs immediately. Our intention was never to just open fire as if that was i would have hopped out in his face, i would've had myself and my members set up properly. The intention was to get Malcom out without shooting. It just so happened that the reporting party SHOT FIRST causing myself and freddy bussac to neutralizing the threat.

I had an extremely good and eye opening conversation with the reporting party and I can understand his side completely. We are all here to enjoy our time on the server, never meaning to ruin anyone’s roleplay with unfair gameplay. If i missed any question and/or you have another question please reach out immediately.

I think Ali summed it up pretty well. We were chilin and having fun in the city when we saw a police chase where we decided to join and mess around. Shortly after joining the chase we realized it was our boy Malcom from Kudo; so we followed closely in case of something going down. When we accidentally knocked Malcom off his bike we felt bad and did not want him to get arrested because of our bad driving. So our intentions were to hands the officer and get Malcom out with no conflict. The reporting party accuses us of poor rp but in that moment we gave him the option to rp and surrender and or take him hostage. But instead he decided to shoot first causing us to put down the threat.

My affiliation with Malcolm Tanaka is that we were both apart of Kudo Kai at the time of this taking place. Unfortunately I do not have footage of the situations but it wouldn't show anything that hasn't already been provided. Malcolm Tanaka initiated a situation with PD after baiting a pursuit from PD at City Hall. I was listening to Malcolm on the radio when he baited the pursuit and began to run from the police. I am not sure exactly when, or the exact reason Rooks injected themselves as they were not asked to help but merely brought themselves in. I had only caught up with the pursuit at the very end , in which the video does show me pulling up and joining the confusion with Malcolm being C0'd or not, until his game unfroze and then Rooks & PD began to have a gun fight at which point I just drove off as I wasn't sure why either party started shooting and didn't want to be involved in the situation. My only reason for being there was to observe.
