How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)
I was having a conversation with Cobb and a few others above City Parking when all of a sudden Kate Johnson comes up and says to me "Sorry Remmi $20 is $20." I was confused and asked her what she was going on about and she tells me that she was going to shoot me but decided to not do it anymore. She ended up leaving and I went back to talking to Cobb and then out of nowhere the gold car comes in front of me and starts shooting me and I end up speeding away and letting the rest of the units on MD duty know what happened.

I have not had any interaction with Kate today that would of given her any reason to do what she did. I didn't call the cops on her or attack her to give her any reason to justify this. I have also not seen Kate for almost 2 weeks. There was zero reason for this attack and I feel like it only now adds on to the issue we have been having with her attacking medics for no reason. I did PM her and let her know to save her POV for the situation as well. Overall I just want these random DMs to stop. Thank you!

I attacked Remmi as meleri fox who ill refer to mel in the rest of this asked me too after an incident where remmi fucked over mathew buns i then got an smg but had to run then got away got into another chase got away and then i came back talked too remmi said 20 dollars is 20 dollars as like a joke thing i then after having that convo and having an interaction left grabed the gun pulled back up and shot her in the face i then got in the car inori had her gun but imma be real i thought it was a taser at first when i got into the car

Like i know inori very well and so i assumed she wasnt going to react but when she did i was like no way shed pull a gun so i saw it and assumed it was a taser im pretty sure it was as i was getting into the car like the animation was happening is when i realized she had a gun not a taser after that she had put it down by then as the clip also shows and i was holding the smg still so i was going to run too duck behind the thing and shoot but then just stashed it instead

Hi Enkoy! I do not have any footage of all of the incident as it turned into a two or more hour thing from start to end. Others that were involved and witnessed and may have POV are Matthew Burns, Solomon Cobb, Gareth Barr, Inori Komatsu, Isabella Fonto, Celeste, Trip, Ethan Ward, and a few others. 

 

Gareth came and picked me up from Benny's saying he saw cobb and burns at pillbox so we headed up that way. When we got there, both of them along with Ethan Ward and Inori were talking. Right now, Inori is being paid as private security for Solomon Cobb and was on duty as such. Matthew was off duty from pd and md. Everyone was talking about the recent video and what's been going on in the city and such. 

And as good friends, it ended up with some tackling occurring between us. Isabella and Matthew and Inori and I were all tackling each other out front of the doors of pillbox. After about 15 minutes or so, Remmi, Celeste, Trip, Milan and possibly another come out. Celeste somehow ends up in the way and gets accidentally tackled by Matthew. This is what set of a whole chain over reaction. 

Md started telling us all to leave and Trip stated he'd pay Matthew $10 to stop tackling Celeste. Who was never a target to begin with and had walked over towards where they were and gotten in the way basically. At this point, Remmi calls the police to come. At this point, most of us are confused why the cops are being called over tackling between friends and MD are acting the way they are when they basically self inserted themselves. 

At this point, Matthew is sure he's getting fired because MD is wanting to press charges against Matthew for Battery of Gov. There was discussion between the two PD supervisors and MD staff. I was standing near Clint from PD who had come to set up barricades. I had stated something along the lines of "If Matthew gets fired over something as stupid as this, I'm shooting up MD..." 

At this point, Ethan ends up coming out of pillbox again and comes over to talk with us. Kate pulls up on her gargoyle as I'm talking about the situation. Knowing Kate's history with MD and how crazy she plays Kate as a character, I said, "Hey Kate, want to shoot up MD with me? Just make sure to get the one with the ears." 

She says, "Yeah sure. I'll be right back." I didn't realize she was going to go right then and get stuff immediately. I figured this would be a later thing slightly more planned out. My fault for that. While she's gone, PD supervisors give Matthew his citation and I believe a warning or something. In the end, he wasn't fired. We went over to where you can park vehicles on the side of upper pillbox and we see Kate drive by on her gargoyle with her smg on her back. Matthew calls pd to tell them that she's there with a Gun.

I didn't have anything on me at the time and had rode with Gareth in his vehicle. So I just stayed waiting to see what would happen. Immediately cops showed up to chase her down. She managed to escape 4 times over the course of the next 2 or 3 hours I think. Eventually it came to an end when she must have gotten a shot at Remmi. Kate and Mel have an understanding that Mel will gladly provide whatever Kate is needing at the time as long as Kate helps Mel with occasional things. This can be anything from guns to ammo to paying her fines for something. 

I understand Remmi wouldn't know any of this cause it's not her lore to be involved with crims that way. And it may have seemed completely out of the blue. But this was basically a retaliation for trying to press charges against one of the good cops. I thought it was Remmi wanting the charges pressed so that's why she got targeted. Kate just happened to be faster and more gun ho than I was expecting so I wasn't able to get involved myself.
