You cannot change it at all, being a car purchased with real money, you'd expect FULL customisation. Expected behavior: To allow LSC to change the colour option of the roof. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Buy a Windsor for 5500 credit (50 Euros) and witness the roof. Go to LSC and attempt to change the colour.
