How did the player break the rule(s)?

I was hanging around the city with some locos and some benny mechanics, over the radio comes the call that OTF is pulling into garbage where one of our locos was cooking, we decide to spinn up while were spinning up we asked on the radio if the loco in the lab is ok? no response, i decide to drive by the lab and take a high position to see what is happening, while looking i call it out on the radio, while im making my way to drive out of the lab. [there is no demands made or gun seen] i drive slowly down the hill since my car isnt made for rough terain [this to make it more realistic] i avoid the first ram by the macho while driving down, yet the second i catch air my tire gets taken, then i spin out and crash against the wall never in this time i have ben told to STOP, GET OUT WITH MY HANDS UP, PULL OVER, i get my tires taken the second they had a chanse... i give in and not fly of to get some rp going, but yet again instand rams and instand taking tires. at the point i crashed i was asked to get out of the car but because i got rammed into the wall i unforunately fell down, giving me no proper chance to surrender as i literally start getting shot midair, there i try to make  arun for it and die, at no point i have been able to pull a gun or take drugs. if my tires did not get taken right away i would have been able to ger out and keep myself alive, or atleast given a chansce

Hello NotMattch, thanks for taking the time to look into this report.

I just want to clear up the context here because I believe this definitely wasn't a case of DM. We went into Garbage and found a solo Loco cooking, so we decided to rob him. While we were scouting him and he noticed us, he started heavily calling out on his radio for help, telling his boys that he was being pushed, Loco guy tried to flee away from us and stalls into a wall so we hop out and rob him.

The reporting party knew exactly what was going down at Garbage because of those radio calls (which can be clearly heard in his own POV). He didn't just accidentally wander in; he showed up as backup knowing full well what was happening, even down to who was robbing his boy. He pulled up to scout us out while carrying a Heavy Rifle and a full set of drugs while his gang member was actively being robbed right in front of him.

From our perspective, we knew his gang member had just called for help, and then an armed member of their gang shows up to watch us. You can't expect us to just treat you like a passive bystander in that situation. It was a completely valid IC escalation based on survival.
This rule is here to make sure that when players fight each other in the game, it happens in a way that makes sense and is fair. Everyone involved should know why the fight is happening.
The reporting party was aware of why the fight happened, they were responding to their gang being robbed, and was even advised on frequency not to go; knowing the danger.

My POV didn't save at that time, but I believe everything can be clearly seen from the reporting party's own footage. Sorry about that, and thanks again for your time.

Tony mentionned most of the things , I would love to say that jackson knew that OTF pushed his boy at garbage so he showed up there as backup, what did u expect sir ? to drink coffee together while robbing a member of your gang maybe ? this is such a petty report.

Tony and Flavio mentioned everything. I'd like to add we were robbing a loco who called on freq, and he responded to the fight knowing the consequences - which even his freq screamed at him for towards the end of the clip.
