Hello, and thank you to the admin for taking this report.

To start off, I want to say that what I did is not really acceptable as well, but here is my side of the story.

I was hanging around Barrio when a call came over the radio that there was a mass shooting at the construction site on the opposite side of Benny's. I went down there to check out who and what was happening. There, I saw people on the floor, and since I have IC & OOC color blindness, I wasn’t sure if it was Empire or Alliance, so I ran in to see if I could help out. At this point, there were cops, and no demand was given for me to leave the area. As I walked, shots came from the highway, and the cops scattered. I saw my chance to pick up a guy and run off with him. Since my hands were busy carrying the guy, I felt that I was not a threat to anyone, so I kept running while the cops gave demands with their heavies already pulled.

One of the officers was trying to shoot me with a taser, while another one kept shooting around me. At this point in time, I was full of adrenaline and trying to make it out, because I was either going down from a taser or getting tackled.

Yes, I get tackled. I drop my newfound friend, and I end up getting cuffed. At this point, I see two options: run away or stand still with three cops who have to take care of another person. So I make the call to run. While running down the street, the officer screams “stand still or you get shot,” and fires two warning shots. I decline the man’s offer and scream back to get a taser, since I’m cuffed and running with no sign of violence.

Then the point happens I want to address:

The officer is getting shot at by a bike with another Loco on it. The officer turns around and shoots back at the bike with the Loco. Then the officer gets hit by a car (not known to me who or what this is). After that, the officer finds it within his right to shoot down a busy street with seven cars, one of which is a cop car that he also hits in his spray and pray, all to make sure he gets the “little Mexican” he’s set on, seemingly to stroke his officer’s ego and winner mentality that have been happening allot with PD.

Lastly, what I did can be considered FearRP, but in the mind of an adrenaline-spiked Mexican, I think I handled it fairly. However, I would accept the FearRP punishment, if this would be decided
