You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. How did the player break the rule(s)? I was informed by Logan Brasco that his vehicle was stolen so we went out looking for it. After driving around for sometime we were able to ping it using the /showvehicles command and began chasing it. I told Logan to not shoot during the chase because I knew that they probably had backup nearby so I didn't want to engage in a shootout without any backup for myself. I then noticed ID 244 making turns around Benny's Garage, at which point I decide to follow him into the alley and attempt to retrieve the stolen vehicle. As I exit the vehicle I told Logan not to shoot because I had a feeling we would have been able to get back the car without a shootout occurring and if ever one did take place, I knew backup wasn't too far away. Out of nowhere ID 248 comes in at full speed and rams Logan Brasco instantly injuring him and knocking me into a ragdoll state when neither of us even had weapons brandished. Player(s) being reported: ID 94 ID 15 Date of interaction reported: 12 march 2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 91 || 1584013237 Your characters name: Kronos Bronx Other player(s) involved: N/A Specific rule(s) broken: 7.2 Deathmatch 7.2.1 Deathmatch is the act of killing or hurting another player (or damaging their property) without a proper roleplay reason. An attempt to break this rule will result in a temporary or permanent ban. 7.2.2 Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to harm, hurt you or damage your property (or if they attempt to do the same to your friends or allies), this also includes an attempt by the police to arrest someone; • If they report you to the police for a committed heavy crime, however, if someone reports you for a light crime, such as illegal parking, then the reason is insufficient; • If they are not in compliance with the demands or if they attempt to escape or call other players for help; 7.2.3 A player cannot kill their victim, if the victim is in compliance with the demands. 7.2.4 A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands and warn the victim more than one time, if the victim is too slow to respond or react to the demands. 7.2.5 A player cannot force their victim to kill someone, if the enforcer does not have a valid reason to kill that someone. 7.3 Vehicle deathmatch 7.3.1 Vehicle deathmatch is identical to deathmatch, however, the rule explains how vehicles should not be used as weapons. 7.3.2 A vehicle cannot be used to repeatedly force a player into a ragdoll state, for example, it cannot be used to knock the player down on the ground multiple times or to park a vehicle on top of them. 7.3.3 If there is a valid reason to attack someone, a vehicle may be used once (a failed attempt counts) to knock the other player on the ground. 7.3.4 If there are multiple players on a scene, the driver can hit each one of them only once, however, the driver is given only one attempt to do it. This means, that a vehicle cannot be used to drive through a scene multiple times with the purpose of hitting more players. How did the player break the rule(s)? Basically I was just going around labs checking my daily routine, when I left chilliad these guys followed me somewhere to braddocks, no demands, no pullovers, not even an intention to harm me, I went to braddocks and then they just kosed me for no reason. later on pm he has told me that they tried to KOS me cause I rammed his bike at chilliad, while I did nothing. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. 8. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Cop Baiting - Provoking a reaction from emergency services without a realistic reason. • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. • Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for crimes or submerging any vehicle in water. • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof. In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. Players should not deprive other players of roleplay, e.g. early on the interaction asking them not to speak unless it makes sense in the roleplay situation. How did the player break the rule(s)? I know reports are supposed to be serious rulebreaks or some sort of loss to you. This happens to me almost EVERYTIME I'm in prison, people come and just start punching you for no reason, with no demands or no roleplay reason behind it. He came in, started punching me, I let him know in OOC that's DM, he hit me again, and said I hit him earlier in the morning, which wouldn't even be valid as DM rights only last 3 hours, plus, It never even happened. Then he stated in OOC, my friend punched him, again, a lie. I was sitting in my cell for 20 minutes, the whole time I was in prison. People just assume rules don't apply in prison and do whatever they want, this is a example. Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/9hyq1 https://imgur.com/fNcDNbU A photo of OOC chat admitting, I attacked him this "morning" which I would assume, meant more then 3 hours ago, and isn't even true.
