Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is off and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle into an active shootout more than once without the intent of providing cover for a friend or yourself, or fleeing with it. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a car which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. How did the player break the rule(s)? This Player had ran 10+ people with shotguns, aks, and pistols, who had gave him demands, he decided to start running from the middle of the hangar, into his car and drive off after many demands. 2. Player(s) being reported: ID 12 Date of interaction reported: 10/JUL/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1594413494 Your characters name: Reina_Moraine Other player(s) involved: ID 252 (Witness/Victim) Specific rule(s) broken: Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Baiting Government Services - Provoking a reaction from faction services without a realistic reason / or calling faction services to e.g. rob them. • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. • Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for anything other than its intended purpose. • Submerging any vehicle in water or unrealistically beaching any watercraft. • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. Our official discord server has a channel dedicated to game crash notifications and you should post here with a valid reason for being unable to return. If a player gets away from being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. Players should not deprive other players of roleplay, e.g. early on the interaction asking them not to speak unless it makes sense in the roleplay situation. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper roleplay reason and interaction. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with plausible demands, attempt to escape, or call backup. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack a player on foot more than once, including a failed attempt. Vehicles cannot be used as a weapon in an active shootout unless it's unavoidable when fleeing an active shootout. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) Someone is attempting to take your life. Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. How did the player break the rule(s)? I was finishing up buying clothes in the clothing store when I start to leave and notice that ID 12 had attempted to run over ID 252, reversed, and attempted to again which resulted in an injury. Being an off-duty DOC officer with a badge and firearm, I attempted to detain the individual but as the evidence will show, ID 12 ignored all demands which were given consecutively for about ten plus seconds at a clear and close proximity with my weapon drawn and pointed. ID 12 gave no verbal or chat response in accordance with my demands and believing that he was going to flee as he tried to unlock/lock his vehicle I opened fired. ID 12 then rounded the corner out of my line of sight to which I pursued. He approached me again, I gave demands one final time, but then the individual proceeded to draw a hatchet and attempt to rush me. I downed him with a few rounds and after doing so he disconnected. I think with as many red flags as a staff member that I observed that this was an intentional combat log. Evidence of rule breach:

You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. How did the player break the rule(s)? Prior to me enabling Geforce, the individual in question had already run over Arlind, with the justification of "he was standing on top of the tractor". After I told him to figure out where to get the rakes himself he runs me over and then "attempts" to play it off as an accident then proceeds to run me over yet again after I kick his tire. I wouldn't have minded if there was good RP sense behind it, for example when I started destroying his car. I wasn't upset with his actions of actually knocking me but considering the fact that it was his third time attacking me with a vehicle I deemed it necessary to file the report. None of the time stamps down are on this video. They're on the video I will send privately to staff. https://streamable.com/nucd2x Specific rule(s) broken: • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). Metagaming is the act of relaying IC information through any method not considered IC that has the potential to change current or future roleplay scenarios or using that information. The deceased character loses memory of their death, the events that caused it, and the information collected in that time frame. Example: A player is killed in a robbery. The player’s knowledge of the robbery, the robber and their death is not usable by the player in their new life. All parties involved must avoid interaction with each other for 30 minutes. A player must not return to the area of their death for that time frame or attempt to retrieve lost possessions from involved players. Official faction members may return to their HQ and resume faction duties but must abide by the NLR rules in all other ways Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. OOC Toxicity • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. How did the player break the rule(s)? So lets start off by time stamps from my video (staff handling this will get the footage) Sorry for the low quality btw, higher than that will eat up my internet package. So starting at the beginning of the video ID 83 stole Davie's car, my friend. Chased it and managed to get him out at 1:38 and placed him under fearRP which he broke and ran to his friend in attempt to get on his bike. Then ID 181 VDMs me 4 times, I didnt manage to catch it over my shadowplay, missed a couple of seconds in between my footage. I also get rammed by 219 in his Praire. Then 181 circles back to the same location changing his accent as if we wont know him. Now second encounter at 3;15 I see 219 the one that rammed me in his Praire down after we heard shots coming from that area, stepped down and went there. At 3:50 You see 314 attempting to steal my friend Davie's car again the Komodo so I tell him get on your knees and I have called the cops prior saying shots fired. At 5:48 he breaks fear rp and unlocks his car and I catch him placing him under fear again. He then continues and at 7:09 he drives and leaves away. At 7:47 I placed his friend under gunpoint hoping cops respond so they can come and get his friend. But then at 7:32 you see 314 coming trying to run me over. At 7:57 he then CIRCLES back after being placed in fear RP multiple times shouting to the man to get in he wont shoot haha. I then shot cause per server rules I can shoot those who are not compliant to my demands if I have them under fear RP. At 8:10 he rams me 2 times so I take him down. 128 is now perfectly under fear RP At 10:22 the man on the bike comes to a stop and 128 breaks fear RP and gets on his bike. At 11:04 after 314 bled out he came before 30 mins have passed and took his car. So did 219 (the one that rammed me with the praire in the first scene that was found injured once we arrived) So both broke NLR there. At 12:34 314 gets toxic OOCly and starts flaming for me simply asking him to save footage for a report. Lastly I suspect them all to be metagaming at some point. Evidence of rule breach: Staff chat in it, will send the video to the staff handling this privately. For the timestamps above. I have another point of view footage from Jason Tate above in Other players involved.
  7. Player(s) being reported: Unknown ( Player ID 332 ) Date of interaction reported: 06/11/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1591921560 ( VDM Timestamp ) Your characters name: Swarles Barkley Other player(s) involved: ID 332, ID 373 Specific rule(s) broken: 8. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. 13. Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper roleplay reason and interaction. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. 15. Player Theft, Prison Breakout, and Kidnapping Robberies are to be conducted in a realistic manner and require the robber to have a reasonable in character motive. High risk, but little reward robberies are deemed unrealistic and should not be performed. Robberies should be performed in secluded areas where there is a low chance to be seen by witnesses. Desert and forest areas could be considered secluded but potential witnesses should be taken into account. How did the player break the rule(s)? 1. NRP - Player 332 reversed a money truck directly up to a crime scene, clearly trying to instigate the police (keeps W, then S, W then S), then when he is finally told to move away he shouts that the truck is stolen, and drives off. Very PoorRP, no reason to instigate the cops during the crime scene, or to even steal the truck I am betting. Player also tried to reply a /do "Nothing" when he jumps off a roof and medics respond. 2. VDM - I spot the player 332 a few moments later trying the handles on two cars he seems parked, so I turn around and I intend to ask him what he's doing and if those are his vehicles when all of a sudden he floors it and rams not only me, but my motorcycle as well. When PM'd he says "he doesn't care, its his friends pc". So it is clear that this player has zero effort for any kind of roleplay. 3. Player Theft - Player 332 then returns to the scene after being PM'd and proceeds to take my knife. On a crowded street from someone that he just man slaughtered at best. ID 373 then pulls up, I inform them that this isn't a proper RP,scenario, he continue to rob my 10 cases and a baseball bat in broad daylight on a main street in LS, with cops and medics called and on the way. 4. Fear RP - I find the player 332 and intend to simply wait by them, they climb a roof and I sit at the bottom. Except all of a sudden 332 is calling a medic because they've jumped off the roof to escape. Having no fear for their own life because they know a medic will come and revive them even though they're a pile of goop from jumping off a building. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. How did the player break the rule(s)? ID 199 had guns pointed at him and followed our demands, surrounded by 7-8 of my allies including heavy weapons. He then decides to say I will need to put my hands down to drop the gun which I said okay. The shootout happens and he gets off his knees already ignoring our demands when under gunpoint. I turn 2 seconds around to shoot at an enemy and turn back around towards id 199 who then has his back turned around me pulling out his gun. I never had my back fully turned back to ID 199 but he did. Shortly after he got downed he also kept making radio callouts whilst surrounded by his enemies telling his allies to push and give vital information that may have changed the outcome of the situation. I informed him to save his POV. Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/q8wj23

Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof that would give you a valid reason not to return. Our official discord server has a channel dedicated to game crash notifications. ID 27 and 205 both shot at myself and Mike Shields and started to evade. We lost visual on them in the pursuit so we decided to go back to the original scene to RP finding bullet casings and fingerprints on the vehicle they were trying to steal from. However when we got to the scene both ID's had logged off and their ID's were taken by other players. It's obvious that both of them hid and logged off the second they lost us. This was less than 15 minutes since the last RP interaction so they obviously Combat Logged. I have screenshots and videos of us attempting the RP and finding out that both parties had disconnected, way less than 15 minutes from the original pursuit. For this particular situation, I was assisting a fellow Deputy arresting an individual (ID 301). His friend (ID 384) then proceeded to interact and this ended up in the suspect (ID 301) exiting the car, then his friend (ID 384) got a Farmer Van and ran over the deputy. Then the suspect (ID 301) got in the Van (while handcuffed in this entire situation) and this initiated a chase in which both individuals were arrested near the shore. Now the interesting part is that today someone linked me the following video they found in Youtube that displays extensive metagaming between these two individuals: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KNgNz-mkfag Evidence of rule breach: I do not own this clip: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KNgNz-mkfag

How did the player break the rule(s)? Zetas/Triads/Aztecas were cleaning a shootout where alot of PD/SD died at, and by cleaning I mean taking injured out of the situation quick. ID 161 gets lucky enough to survive and flee the shootout without getting injured which is completely fine, but in the meantime while we are cleaning up and about to leave, ID 161 chooses to come back instead of fleeing the situation where his fellow officers died at, and continues to engage alone against 16 other gang members by viciously ramming ID 103 and I. We showed no signs of aggressiveness and hostility, we expected him to flee the situation without engaging with the rest of us but right before he rammed us he uses the magaphone and says "ching chong, fuck you" like I am not entirely sure how that is a PD officer that is presenting professionalism. Witnessing multiple officers die and fleeing for a bit just to come back and say "ching chong, fuck you" is totally presenting poor rp. For now I am going to focus on the unnecessary ram that ID 103 and I received. Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/pu0djx

The time limit does not apply to rule 7. How did the player break the rule(s)? This situation arose from a gunfight between PD & gang members. I have included my POV of being injured and also included my full interaction with ID 124. His RP starts out with him saying "takes out gauze and applies it to the man", suspecting that he wanted an easy /cpr, I decided to RP my injuries to the fullest extent. Our RP continues as he does not get the chance to immediately /cpr me, and we come to a conclusion as he RPs, "takes off his belt and wraps it tightly in an attempt to stabilize the man" and "over a GSW on a limb". While I RPed that he could, the injuries that I was RPing were much more severe than something as simple as wrapping a belt around one limb. I was RPing 1 GSW to my left calf, 1 GSW in each thigh, and 2 GSW to the spine, along with bleeding from the GSW, these came from /mywounds as shown below. The RP displayed here is in such a poor manner and I was and still am very confused as why he saw it as a sufficient reason to /cpr me. I messaged Dalvi asking about the situation and she had this to say. Now I don't want this report to seem like a petty report due to the fact that I did not bleed out. I have faced multiple sentences and paid many fines over situations like this and had no issue with it. I have RPed with other officers in the past such as Willowick, and upon RPing severe wounds from a carbine, he let medics RP with me to properly treat my wounds, as they are trained for it. An officer would NOT save somebody's life by "wrapping a belt around a GSW on a limb", and the command never should have been used. The fact that I would have paid $32,500 in fines and spent almost 6 hours in prison due to him thinking his RP was sufficient enough to /cpr me is beyond me. I also get to face the other IC consequences regarding my job at LSC, etc. Thank you for looking at the report. Evidence of rule breach: Me being injured. His RP.

For 5+ minutes I tried to RP with two individuals but they ignored me. I usually send PMs because people don't know how to use LDOs (even if it explains the usage of the command when you receive one). When you receive a PM, it's quite visible in your chat (and I expect a response either in LDO or in PMs, explaining why you can't respond if you don't) and LDOs are purple in chat, making them quite visible too. I was close to the individuals so them responding with a normal /do would have been enough because they could see both the /do and the /ldo but apparently I did not deserve an answer. Finally we all got deprived of RP and I could not charge them in any way, therefore one of them walked free. Appropriate and very detailed fingerprints RP was done 2 minutes before the /LDOs. How did the player break the rule(s)? Firstly, I would like to thank the staff member for taking their times into reading this report. Secondly, I will be explaining the rulebreaks per video below: Video 1 and 2: You can see from the 2 POVs that the Rebla(ID 362) was circling around, trying to shoot inside the vehicle in a shootout that was happening in a tight space. Video 3: You can see the Kamacho(Collie_Fegan ID 292) ramming through another Kamacho in between a shotoout, passing through multiple people from both sides in a tight space, trying to get to upper levels in between multiple shots. Video 4: Kelly Gamble(ID 215) saying ''I am hella low right now, I can't do shit'' mixing, stating that she has low HP. Realistically if you get shot, you wouldn't say ''I'm hella low'' but would say ''I've been shot''. Video 5: Reece Curry(ID 30) changing his frequency while injured in between multiple shots which was before ruled with NonRP. Lastly, I would like to state that these type of rulebreaks has been always broken by this faction before and since they are the biggest gang in the server and an official faction, these type of play style is really poor. Players may not go to a NCZ within 15 minutes after engaging in criminal activity or using it as protection from a resulting chase, unless you are turning yourself in to law enforcement. NO CRIME ZONES: • “Tequil La La” club, “Yellow Jack Inn” bar, and the block around them. • All government offices, law enforcement offices, hospitals, LS & Paleto Main Bank, and the blocks around them. • Los Santos Airport, Bus Depot, Department of Motor Vehicles, and the block around them. 14. ID 127 just randomly ran up to me at bank and screamed "I fucking hate you". Then he instantly opened fire on me and killed me. I've had no prior interactions with this player neither do I know who this is. After he killed me he went on into the bank and killed 2 more people, then combatlogging and not returning for more than 15 minutes. Evidence of rule breach:
  23. Player(s) being reported: ID 250 Date of interaction reported: 6/11/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1591918508-1591918537 Your characters name: Kevin Slash Other player(s) involved: Leii Maddox Martin Bruise Specific rule(s) broken: 8. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. How did the player break the rule(s)? I was chilling at my HQ, and all of a sudden these two police officers pull in telling me to take off my mask, then I go over to my bike and attempt to trick them into thinking I was putting my mask inside my bike, but then when I attempt to leave the HQ, they ram me off my bike without any demands which is VDM and Non-RP in my opinion and here's why; In real life, you wouldn't ram someone off their bike for not taking their mask off, you would simply attempt to taze them or chase them as I wasn't risking any of their life's, and on the video you can see me in a discord voice chat, I've been in this discord voice chat for around an hour muted and deafen and has nothing to do related to RAGE-MP, only SA-MP. If a longer video is needed I will be willing to upload, but will have to send privately to the admin who's handling this Player Complaint.
