Remove the snow on the floor

Keep the snowing and fog if you want but remove the snow from the floor. The snow on the floor is too bright for no reason.

I've also had this issue, to fix it I just press escape to access the pause menu and it slowly reduces.

That's due to the weather type, which will be disabled. Not the snow on the ground, the snow will remain.

Try turning down Ambient Occlusion or Post FX. Usually this resolves the issue
