Delayed notification + constant beeping

How many times did this issue appear for you?: Constant.

Issue/bug you are reporting: All notifications in the top center of the screen, along with their beeps are significantly delayed. This seems to also delay some actions.

Expected behavior:  Notifications appear in realtime and are able to dismiss one another, preventing such an issue.
