Issue/bug you are reporting: Following charges are not in the MDC

• VC14 - Operation of a Vehicle without a License Plate
• VM08 - Vehicle Registration Fraud
• VM09 - Operation of a Vehicle without a License Plate

Expected behavior:  The following charges are able to be placed via MDC

• VC14 - Operation of a Vehicle without a License Plate
• VM08 - Vehicle Registration Fraud
• VM09 - Operation of a Vehicle without a License Plate

Go to MDC, arrest calculator, type in any of the above charges.  They do not appear.

As stated by BrainDed, all MDC updates take place after server restarts and will not be available until then.
