Too much even at that, car crime is crazy in the area and that back garden hes talking about is a hobo camp now it doesn't even belong to him.

It’s actually does belong to me and don’t worry about it the cops will clear it off

Sticking up a fence on other peoples land doesn't make it yours , that land belongs to the hobos of Los Santos. The Parents Association of Fudge lane already gave the settlement the green light.

You should take the one offer you have and be grateful for it.

as a prospective buyer i did some friendly neighbourhood checking and talked to a few residents of fudge lane and to my surprise all i heard were HORROR stories.

One neighbour told me that the seller himself has had two expensive sports cars stolen from his property and presumably chopped since he hasnt been seen with those cars again, and the next day he saw a sale sign.

as a buyer i am now very wary of the deciet shown by the seller. just becuase he got scammed now he is trying to scam others.
