  1. +1 i agree with this and i feel it would keep players around longer. inevitabily players who have been playing for a while are going to rack up punishments here and there as we are humans and bound to make mistakes. Under the current system some older players are walking on Egg shells as their next punishment could lead to a perm ban. Maybe Major punishments such as DM could expire after 6 months and still have a limit of two before a ban. minor punishments such as NRPs would expire after 3/4 months but would be limtied to 4 before being banned.

  9. Hi I am Mark Sloan. First of all this ram was not intentional by any means. I had been suffering from heavy Desync issues the whole night as my home WIFI was not working so I had to use my mobile hotspot to get internet access and play the game if you check my logs you would see this as I would have a different IP. Due to this my ping was all over the place. Now regarding the ramming on my screen, I had gently tapped Helsinki barely touching him and came to a stop next to his car but about a second later everything synced for me and I found this was not the case and the impact bigger than what I initially saw and expected. From my side it was just Desync as we were told to box the car in I had no intention of ramming the car as such my only intention in this scene was to cover the car from the left side so it can’t escape. As for footage I do not have any as shortly after this occurred my connection dropped, and my game crashed suddenly so I was unable to get shadow play to save any footage. In the case of how we knew it was Helsinki in the car. I first knew him as soon as I arrived on scene as i knew him from previous interactions. Besides that, his identity was confirmed by multiples traces to Helsinki’s phone throughout the whole process , the detective notified x-ray that the car below him contained Helsinki, X-ray dropped a backup and we went to the location. And it was at this point we were told to box in the car and we proceeded to do box it in. I would also like to ask why does the second video not have any sound @Berlin Thank you

ID 83 comes out and casually walks to the car ignoring my demands while i have a weapon pointed at her at close range. ID 153 comes out of the store. at time 0:51 it can be seen that he had the heavy on his back, upon coming out of the store he decided to take it out continues walking towards the car ignoring my demands and gets in. ID 191 states at 0:55 that 'we have two guns aimed at you'. but from my prespective i did not see this and RPd accordingly Evidence of rule breach:
