  2. Player(s) being reported: ID 358 278 Date of interaction reported: 30/09/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1593469663 Your characters name: Mark Sloan Other player(s) involved: Officer Monroe Specific rule(s) broken: Fear Roleplay (FRP) Fear roleplay is the concept of roleplaying fear for your character’s safety and life. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is considered to be in direct danger: • When you are on foot or bike and a weapon is aimed at you at close range. • When you’re in a vehicle that is stalled or turned off and a weapon is aimed at you close range. • When the attacker lowers their weapon to type or roleplay, your life remains in direct danger. • Driving a vehicle into an active shootout more than once without the intent of providing cover for a friend or yourself, or fleeing with it. Examples (but not limited to), where your character’s life is NOT considered to be in direct danger: • When you are in a car which engine is not stalled. • When you have a firearm drawn and are facing the other person before they attacked. • When the attacker’s view is obstructed by an object or when they turn their back on you. As a victim, whose life is in direct danger: • You must display reasonable value for your life and comply with the demands of your attacker. • You cannot call 911 or call your friends or allies to aid you. How did the player break the rule(s)? ID 358 jumped of a very tall building during a shoot out. the player then proceed to ignore fear rp when guns were being pointed at him by me and my partner My POV: https://streamable.com/1pjz8f Partners pov:https://streamable.com/rqhsxt

  4. Player(s) being reported: ID 236 Date of interaction reported: 29/06/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1593466461 Your characters name: Mark Sloan Other player(s) involved: Specific rule(s) broken: 8. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Cop Baiting - Provoking a reaction from emergency services without a realistic reason. • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. • Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for crimes or submerging any vehicle in water. • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof. In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. How did the player break the rule(s)? ID 236 - person combat logged as fire fighters and Police officer entered the apartment after seeing smoke coming out of it. we all waited 20 mins for the suspect to return but he did not. 5. Congrats guys. well deserved. keep up the good work
  6. Great posts, keep up the good work.
  7. - 1. I Like the current system as it is. most people dont go to jail for more than two hours. you would only go to jail for more than two hours if you commit a string of serious offences which just pile on time and fines in the end. Maybe the AFK timer frequency could be adjusted to better accomodate people instead
  8. @Thunderboss can you hook him up

    Fear RP ID 145

Hi i am the officer that intially blocked you in. this situation was sorted after i had to call @Aldarine like twice because first you combat logged on purpose, wasting not only my time but the time of multiple officers on scene. when you did return you continued to follow a line of PG/NRP which i had to call aldarine again to tell you to stop. as for the situation it self, at no point did i break fear RP, as you can see at the start as soon as i blocked you in and i left my cruiser and called for backup, not only that i was well aware of the other cruiser behind me as we had just left another scene. as for the Hostage point, you did not RP it, you merely left, if you wanted to engage in that style of RP you should have done so but you didnt. as for blocking in with the cruiser Regards Sloan
  13. +1 i agree with this and i feel it would keep players around longer. inevitabily players who have been playing for a while are going to rack up punishments here and there as we are humans and bound to make mistakes. Under the current system some older players are walking on Egg shells as their next punishment could lead to a perm ban. Maybe Major punishments such as DM could expire after 6 months and still have a limit of two before a ban. minor punishments such as NRPs would expire after 3/4 months but would be limtied to 4 before being banned.

    ID 125 - DM

Player(s) being reported: ID 25 Date of interaction reported: 21-12-2019 nix time stamp from HUD: 1576889704 Your characters name: Mark Sloan Other player(s) involved: Specific rule(s) broken: Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper roleplay reason and interaction. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with plausible demands, attempt to escape, or call backup. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack a player on foot more than once, including a failed attempt. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) Someone is attempting to take your life. Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. How did the player break the rule(s)? i went to my house to meet a friend, 3 zeta approached me, 1 on a drag and 2 in the comet. at 0:29 ID 23 steps of the bike, at this point i decided to leave. the comet retro then chased me and eventually started firing at me at 0:57.
