Letting players sell drugs to players instead of NPCs would be quite an adventure, or just let only official gang members sell to NPCs.

There is literally nothing stopping you from selling drugs to other players who want to purchase them. and now because of the various buffs they have a reason to buy them besides purest RP ops or dealer related.

Well, someone mentioned more interaction between players and that's why I said it.

i was more referring towards, selling smaller portions of drug selling to more npc's for more profits, yes I suggested player to player selling, but it seems to be very minimal that it happens, I hope, maybe being able to plant weed plants everywhere on the map might actually turn the table. because I think there will be a lot more selling player to player for raw weedplants instead of the drug, and then all of those people will still need to be at the same druglabs to finalise the product, yet, I'm bummed out because I liked the private labs for its secret sneaky operations, and the connections you had to maintain, but I see a lot of potential in growing weedplants al over the map, 
- ppl be scouting around finding those ppl farming plants
- player to player trade for raw plants
- druglabs being a hotspot meanwhile weedplants being very abundant, is such perfect combo for so manny ppl to be doing it, I expect a huge boom in activity if that happens.

but please don't make it in such a way where we have to put a fan over it to dry it that cost 200 k, because then ppl will just avoid it, 
- make the plants abundant, and you will see this will go through the roof with everyone making plants and drugs
