Make bags work in store robberies similar to bank robberies

Relatively straightforward. Similar to how you can use bags during bank heists by carrying them in your hands to put the packs inside of the bag, allow you to do so during store robberies.

+1, don't see an issue with this as it would be more realistic than grabbing cash and just stuffing it down your pockets

makes no difference to grabbing times, just saves you having to constantly store packed cash manually in a bag.
