Arianna Avalon Posted May 27, 2024 Report Posted May 27, 2024 (edited) Make it so that customers can verify what the taco price is set to. As it stands, multiple people have refused to purchase, because they have been scammed in the past with exorbitant taco prices. Unfortunate, because mine are set at a reasonable price. But some people can't be convinced! Edited May 27, 2024 by Arianna Avalon Quote
Quietthecutie Posted May 28, 2024 Report Posted May 28, 2024 hey! love your taco RP! its awesome! This issue can be fixed in game through roleplay. if you were to roleplay something along the lines of: /me shows the customer the charge on the card machine /do it would read $500 This demonstrates to the player what the charge is rply what you said it was, instead of them just having to take your word for it. if you were to scam them at that point, it would be a breach of server rules for lying in /me /do land. 2 Quote

My main issue with the taco job isn't that they UI that used to be on the trucks "yes there used to be flying text by the window saying its current price" is gone. but that the MINIMUM price. is 500. that way to high for a taco, considering Burgershot sells them for 350. There has been suggestions before about adding the Vending machine system to the trucks. or I think there was 1, this would let the user see the price in their chat. and then be able to buy it after. I also think they should add the ability to buy drinks as well. soda and coffee. 2 1 Quote

Thank you for that fantastic tip! I'll certainly go that route the next time that situation comes up! Quote
