how do i get unbanned?

hello just a quick question Marco the admin banned me for ban evading which i got unlucky he checked my account the thing is i did not ban evade i have dynamic ip address and it seem like it changed the ip to someone that been banned before and now im banned for ban evading?? any help for what should i do i have applied 3 times all the times he ignore me and saying ur appeal will not be accept i have explain it 3 times that i have dynamic ip address and i will do anything he say just to get unbanned

The only way to get unbanned is make an appeal.

Maybe you just don't get unbanned as you were ban evading.
