OakaLucifer Posted March 16, 2024 Report Posted March 16, 2024 Hey, I just bought a house a week ago, but I go over 500+ across state to work for 2 weeks, every 2 weeks. When do I need to worry about paying taxes before I lose the home? Should I expect to lose the home when I finally get back and able to play? How long does it take before your house gets auctioned? The reason why I'm asking here is because I couldn't find any research about it but one that said it took 2 months of inactivity before your house gets auctioned or sold, but I can't seem to find if it is true or not. If I had to spend 880k for a house that I lose for having a life, i'm actually gonna become hulk. Quote
Victor Einhart Posted March 16, 2024 Report Posted March 16, 2024 Every once in a while, houses of players that haven't logged in for a while (usually a few months, not weeks) are auctioned off. There's no set schedule for this, though. Quote

So if you buy a year's worth of VIP. and then go inactive. you don't lose your houses. Unless that was changed with the recent VIP rework. But from what i know. VIP status effect prevents house removal due to inactivity. 1 Quote
TheCactus Posted March 16, 2024 Report Posted March 16, 2024 Last time they auctioned houses, they removed them from characters that haven't been online for at least 30 minutes during the last month. That's not set in stone tho. Quote
