New /tw command (Table Whisper)

I'd like to suggest adding a /tw command that functions similar to the /cw command.  /tw would whisper to everyone sitting at the same gambling table as you.  Simply suggesting this to avoid all the extra clutter in the chatbox of people's conversations sitting a table or two away at the casino.

I like the concept, but if someone is standing right next to the table or your character, they wouldn't be able to see what was said due to the script limitation, which wouldn't make any sense.

This is the same with /w since people can whisper from a considerable large distance for a whisper.
