Mpache
Pretty straightforward - Add drug effects of varying strength to Painkillers. Use one, none-to-light effect. Use two, add visual effects and some others that fall in line with other drugs. It should not be as strong as genuine drugs, however. Taking painkillers while hungry/thirsty would worsen the effects, making the negative effects stronger.

Mpache
It isn't morphine, but I'm talking about overdosing on painkillers which currently has a script effect (you ragdoll randomly), so just an added effect.
vecerrov
+1 on the idea of expanding the current painkiller overdosing mechanics. The system used for the new drug effects could be tweaked and applied here to provide a more gradual and in-depth effects than just falling to the ground periodically after taking two painkillers. For example, using the visual filters on the screen that drugs have to simulate dizziness.
idgafashlee
+1 i dont practice medicine for a living or anything like that oocly but ive seen 40-kilo 5 year olds pop more than two pain killers and not drop like we do on ECRP, it'd be cool to see the mechanics of taking pain killers expanded on!!
