Add a place to dispose of empty soda cans for money

i see empty soda cans everywhere, maybe make a place where they can be deposited for money, maybe down by garbage ?

Hello and thank you for your kind consideration of my suggestion, my logic was that the items sit around using up resources when a relatively simple solution could be added to induce cleanup for both 1) just something else to do and 2) reduce some wasted items that just sit around. It could obviously be expanded to litter outside of DOC perhaps, coffee cups etc ..

Its been proposed before, i like the idea, its realistic too because lots of countries do have programs like this.

Adds extra roleplay oppertunities, they could alow any object that doesnt fit the pawnshop.
