Up the pay for bus drivers on the day so alot of people drive. offer some inventive to people who take the bus, Maybe have a stamp book if you go to all the routes you get a special item only available only during the event (clothing item, bus pass, discount gas card(that gives gas discount if in inventory when filling up?)) Spawn more animals at bus stop locations so people will hunt and take the bus to routes . equip buses with radios to play music while driving around.
