OBESE Posted February 16, 2023 Report Share Posted February 16, 2023 Alright, seeing the property and the size of it, I do not believe it is worth more than 1.5mil with all the inflation that is happening. You could argue that there is good parking and location and I could agree to that, but still it would raise the price to maybe 1.6mil.
