Admin Report Counter or Queue

Hi everyone. Just a quick one. A counter or Queue to say in which order you are dependent on the calls. 

I think it'll be useful for those moaning about lack of response. If they knew there were 15 other situations before, they could just carry on and report on forums instead.

Yeah with category would be fine. I guess if they use the wrong one they could get cancelled? I guess?
