Yputi Posted January 6, 2019 Report Posted January 6, 2019 Is it possible to include some sort of minimum price you would like to get? Or a minimum acceptable offer? Or a target price? Personally, I have no idea what these go for as the house menu's give other house value's then they go for.

Just too bad the seller (not the person who is selling it, but the actuall seller (love to Rapolas)) isn't clear what he wants. Although I agree 900K is alot, I still keep that offer open, although the owner asks 1.2.

This is a typically house you only buy... For the interior. No pool or backyard. It's just that I like the simplicity + I would love to have Ryan Cooper as my neighbor xD Still think 900K is a decent price for a house like that (although many say it's overpay). Don't see any higher offers too, just people saying 900 is too much already. Also, it's quite hard to compare with cars. Prices fluctuate. It's worth a million at least, just borrow the neighbours pool. 1
