Adjust Car Washes

Hello! I want to make a quick, simple suggestion. The current system for car washes (/mechoffer 2) will set the base value to the value of the car, which is the same price for Mors or Impound. I like having clean cars but don't like paying $16,000 for a shine that will last 10 minutes. Car washes shouldn't become more expensive based on vehicle prices and should have a set base price, such as $250 or maybe even $500.
