Xoza
Should be easy enough. If Medical services are not available, or there's only 1-2, any call sent to medics is automatically routed to 'Both'. Could also add an indicator that points out no MD are on shift. "Rerouted/Shared Call" If Law Enforcement are not available, any call sent to police, is automatically routed to 'Both'. With more of a 'there could be people in need of assistance' feel to them. Let the medics determine if the call is for them, and/or if it's safe. I'm sure there are several other ways to adapt the system and a bunch of other great ideas pertaining to this, but this is what I thought of for the moment. (If there is a similar topic, please merge this as I didn't have time to search for one.) Edited September 23, 2022 by Xoza

Frezas
Yes! We need it, most of the time when medics are not around PD/SD do not see medical calls, and later we get message that someone has fallen in coma. +
Requiem
+1 to medical calls coming to police when no MD on shift. I don't think police calls going to medics will be appropriate though...
