Issue/bug you are reporting: BOTH it's A Big issue for me because I can't play and it's a bug because it got me stuck.

Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: I Was injured so I decide "hey, Lets walk to the hospital to heal"  Then I step in this plastic surgery thing to see what that was I think to myself "Okay I'll exit out of this since I don't even have 30k To spend and I like my characters look.

So With that said I could not find the exit button so I said to myself "F this i'm not spending the money.. So I log out and re log back in the game. To try and fix the situation, Then Low and behold i'm inside some apartment looking thing with no working elevator!

Fixed, server will not save player position, while in plastic surgery menu. You should submit a separate appeal for your ban.
