Although the name of the custom shop is "Benny's Original Motor Works" the CEO is named Jay Adell. Benny's Original Motor Works turns your average every day cruisers into hardcore speeding custom vehicles. The revenue of Benny's comes from the reselling of vehicles in which Benny's purchases a vehicle proceeds to "soup up" the vehicle and then they proceed to resell the vehicle for more money than they originally bought it from. Additionally, citizens of Los Santos can hire Benny's Original Motor Works to "soup up" their vehicle as well. Here at Benny's we typically work on lowriders and high speed demons on the road. When a car comes into Benny's it comes out looking a whole lot nicer and faster. Jay Adell, the lead designer for the cars that come into Benny's puts a special touch on all the vehicles he works with by combining the perfect paints, interiors, and liveries. Speaking of Jay Adell, Jay Adell use to be a criminal associated with street gangs and armed robberies. That is before he realized his true passion was the cars these street gangs were riding in, the nice classical low riders! Because of Jay's new found passion he applied to become a mechanic at LS Customs, Jay was accepted and also passed his interview. The final step was his training course which he was exited to complete. That is before he stopped him self and realized that the cars at LS Customs weren't really for him and he cared more about the car he was working on then his pay check. So, he never did his training course and proceeded to start Benny's Original Motor Works again which was closed a while back. Now Jay can work on the real authentic cars with real engines and not any of that new plastic crap that people call cars. 𝓖𝓸𝓪𝓵𝓼 - Become a known and popular custom shop - Obtain business associates from various "legit businesses" - Rebuild and obtain the old Benny's Original Motor Works shop - Become the number one source for tricked out cars 𝓡𝓪𝓷𝓴 𝓢𝓽𝓻𝓾𝓬𝓽𝓾𝓻𝓮 CEO - The Chief Executive Officer of Benny's Original Motor Works has the duty of making sure every thing does smoothly, they need to create the revenue of the company, they are in charge of all employees and are leading force to achieving their company goals. Coordinator - The Coordinator of Benny's Original Motor Works has the duty of also making sure business in Benny's is smooth in all sectors. They oversee the employees and are able to handle transactions, they are needed for the companies success. Senior Mechanic - The Senior Mechanic is one rank above the average rank of "mechanic" they have proven they are one hundred percent worthy for the job and they have also demonstrated skills that has helped the companies success. Mechanic - The mechanic is the "average" rank in Benny's. They are employees who have the job of working on cars and sourcing vehicles as well. (Sourcing vehicles can be legal and illegal) They have dementated the proper skills of a worthy worker of Benny's Original Motor Works. Junior - A "Junior" is not yet a member of Benny's Original Motor Works but they contribute to the success of the company. They may be helping in sourcing vehicles or just overall helping the company out. (NOTE: Employees do not receive pay checks they are paid on the work they have done, Furthermore ranks will only come into play as the company grows because for now its just Jay Adell working the business alone and if it grows extravagantly they will continue to hire workers to help with work.) DHAKA Dhaka also known as Dhaka Enterprise is a criminal enterprise started by the young Jay Adell. Jay Adell formed Dhaka initially with one goal, let the rich get richer. The whole concept of owning a criminal enterprise to Jay was the ability and access to improve his personal wealth. However, after getting into the business he realized that this company was more than he thought. Dhaka quickly became a family with each other and all the members knew each other like brothers and sisters. Additionally, Jay realized this business was totally not about improving your wealth and instead it was about power. Therefore, the goal of Dhaka was now to improve wealth and become the most feared and powerful criminal enterprise in Los Santos. Dhaka is different from all the low class gangs around town. Dhaka is known to be more of a "high-class" business oriented organization and not a street gang. Furthermore, because of the more high-class structure of the enterprise they located them selves in Vespucci Beach and set up shop in their current head quarters which is in a alley way that will be showed later in this post. With the leadership of Jay Adell and the strong loyal members Dhaka will quickly become the most powerful criminal enterprise in Los Santos. GOALS - Become the most feared enterprise in Los Santos - Have complete control over the Vespucci Beach area - Gain alliances and rivals among the other criminal factions - Become the most valuable enterprise in Los Santos RANK STRUCTURE CEO / Founder The CEO and Founder of Dhaka is currently Jay Adell. Whom ever the CEO is has the responsibility of controlling the company and making sure everything runs smoothly. Furthermore, the CEO calls the shots and it is their job to improve the wealth, safety, and power of Dhaka. Coordinator The coordinator is the second highest rank in Dhaka. They to have the responsibility of making sure all sectors in Dhaka are running smoothly. The rank of being a coordinator requires leader ship because when second in command you need to call the right shots when its time. Senior Member A senior member of Dhaka is one rank ahead of your average member. While they don't nearly have the same leadership skills and responsibilities of the CEO and the Coordinators they have the duty of calling the shots in smaller groups possibly. They have the power of helping the members advance in their rank and they to show incredible amounts of loyalty towards Dhaka. Member A member is the "average" rank in Dhaka. With this role is comes with no perks or special privileges. With this role you are required to have shown loyalty and respect towards Dhaka and that you are willing to put your life on the line for the sake of the company. Junior A junior is the "trainee" rank in Dhaka. At this role you are not yet a member of Dhaka but you are known and you have wishes of joining Dhaka. When proving your self at this rank you will be moved up to "member" and you will become an official member of Dhaka. Client A Client is simply a client of Dhaka. You are not a member of Dhaka or attempting to be one. To get the client rank you need to be in a alliance with Dhaka or trusted by many of the members. For example, and gun dealer who is trusted by Dhaka would be a client of Dhaka giving the gun dealer the rank of "client". DHAKA TERRITORY/HQ The Territory and HQ of Dhaka is currently in the alley way shown below located in Vespucci Beach. The following are photos of Dhaka's Terriory/HQ UNIFORMS/VEHICLES -Members of Dhaka are required to where a lightish blue like the color of the font above. Vehicles will also need to be the light blue color way. Higher up members usually drive their personal sport cars Other than that Dhaka has many armored SUVs they use for business dealings. Background: Ever since 1992 when the Ballas took over Grove Street the fall of the Families started. Slowly and slowly the Families began to quiver as they lost there territory street after street. Until now, a few like minded people got together and started the rise of the families once again. Lead by the ex-millionaire Jay Adell and some desperate street gangsters they all hold the goal of rising up as the most powerful gang in Los Santos once again. After 2013 the gang dismantled with many of the leaders disbanding from each other and leaving the street life behind. However, these young gangsters are reforming this famous street gang and continuing their perfectly fitting motto "Welcome back we missed you last time." This motto is spray painted across family territory because it symbolizes that now they are back with vengeance. The families now want to switch up there goal and instead of being the biggest street gang in Los Santos they are now going after bigger High-Class gangs in an attempt to now be more than a street gang and to also be viewed as "wealthy" and "high-class" beings. So, to all who that had some previous beef with the well known notorious Families we have one thing to say "Welcome back we missed you last time." Goals: - Grow the Families' territory - Grow in numbers and in power & strength - Go after more than "Street Gangs" and take on the wealthy - Improve the wealth of the Families - Be the leading seller and provider in "Illegal" Businesses' - Take down every gang in Los Santos Rank Structure: "The Boss": The current leader of the Families who has the responsibility of conducting business through the gang and also has the responsivity of setting up gang wars, drive bys, and other robberies. Furthermore, The Leader needs to make sure everything is running smoothly through the gang and they also oversee all business conducted by the Families. "OG": Second in command in the Families they also oversee the business conducted and they also help out in all sectors in the Families. "Real G": A "higher-up" in the Families they oversee dealings in the Families and have the duty of organizing members of the Families and also help in making sure everything runs one hundred percent smoothly through out the gang. "Gangster": This your "average" role in the families and they do not conduct or over see business they are just members of the families and help in all duties needed to spread the power of the gang "Junior": This is the role of someone in the training ranks of being a member of the Families, they are not members yet but after they prove them selves at this role they become Gangsters and a full on member of the Families Requirements: OOC: Have at least 10,000 Experience points (XP) on the character you wish to join on. For a while now their has been no air vehicles in Eclipse RP. I’m not sure if their is a reason for the absents of air vehicles involving lag or dysnc. But if your were to add them it should only be obtainable by the rich. You can do this by making their high prices on the vehicles. This will give players a new goal to obtain this vehicles and in heists and special missions for criminals it could add a whole new RP aspect to their situation. Furthermore, their should be a way to obtain licenses for air vehicles. Finally their will/should be player owner dealer ships for these vehicles and I would be a proud owner of one of this dealerships :).
