TITLE: CONFIDENTIAL AND PRIVATE -FIB SENIOR AGENT CLEARANCE REQUIRED
Dear all,
Welcome to the new operation Carthage, I would first congratulate you on your exemplary record and service in the FIB, upon special recommendation from your Agents in Charge, you have been accepted into the task-force leading Operation Carthage.
You will find below all current information on our target for this operation: The White Rose Brokerage. This has been passed on from the Los Santos PD Gang unit at the request of the Police Commissioner.
Since we have been observing The White Rose Brokerage, the last report the percentage of drugs increased it raised even more but this operation is a whole new chapter for the group. The FIB and LSPD have noticed an 80% increase in reports about stolen vehicles.
In most of the reports, descriptions are the same. They left cars unsupervised for a brief moment to either go talk to someone around the corner, visited a friend at home, and parked in front of the house. When the alarm went off they could only see the back of two cars. One blacked-out sports car and their car. A number plate is still unknown.
The only hard evidence is provided by a drone shot of the members, standing near the mechanic receiving payment for the car parts that he provided. We could not identify the actual suspects as he was wearing a mask but we have spotted a signature tattoo on the left arm being ‘’ white rose ‘’.
Exhibit A: You can see the tattoo on the left arm.
Based on that photo we are connecting the tattoo with the mentioned group above. Since we have found out that, we have stationed more and more LSPD and LSSD on the Sandy, as we believe that they have been working with the LostMC.
Exhibit B: Photo taken from with the drone as they are taking apart the car.
We will be observing the Sandy Shores more until we have enough evidence for a raid on the party.
I look forward to working with all of you.
Regards,
Special Agent in Charge Matthew Roddney
