  1. I have been seeing vehicles that are untouched just start crumbling to pieces... I left my car at Central MD while out working and when I cam back every window was blown out except for 2. Other people are seeing this too, like when at the pier people are seeing random windows explode for no reason.
  2. This is even stranger... When driving my personal vehicle, if I enable cruise control, get out and back in, cruise control is on but does not actually limit my speed unless I disable it and re-enable it. If I have cruise on in my own vehicle and get out and back in, it is on, but not working. If I then summon a scripted vehicle and get in it, cruise control is on and working...
  3. I would like to clarify some of these and add some more. When dragging, the patient teleports periodically to you instead of following you like they did previously. When getting in to the ambulance with drag still active, the first "seat" for the patient is the front passenger seat, unless someone is already in it. Entering an ambulance with drag enabled "teleports" them to the seat position, but does not load them in to it like it used to. You can see them standing through the bottom of the ambulance in the seat it loaded them to. You have to /invehicle them to actually load them there or you will drive away without them. If you have an EMR, Partner, or civilian ride-along with you and they are in the passenger seat, the first patient gets in the back. A second patient cannot be loaded because someone is sitting in that seat. You have to ask the EMR, Partner, or civilian to get out of the seat, and then the 2nd patient is loaded in the front and the EMR, Partner, or civilian ride-along has to now get in the back. There seems to be a partial workaround for this however. If the Partner or EMR sits in the front and does the /invehicle command, the first patient gets loaded in the back. The driver can then get in the ambulance as well and can also to /invehicle which will load the second patient in the back too. Again, this seems to be a little wonky, as sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. You cannot load patients in to someone else's ambulance. This one is a little wonky, as sometimes it works and sometimes it does not, and sometimes it works unintentionally. I have been unable to load patients in to other peoples ambulances on purpose, but I have seen others do it successfully. Then last night when trying to load a patient in to mine, the /invehicle command actually put my patient in to the wrong ambulance. What Sam is trying to say here is that for some reason patients are getting treated at the emergency room when they should not be. The First day of 1.1 I was driving to the hospital with 1 x 10x16, 1 x 10-15, and one uninjured PD officer whose cruiser ended up getting taken by another officer. Strangely, a different EMT had loaded one of the 2 patients and when that EMT drove his ambulance through the ambulance bay, the patient in my ambulance vanished even though I was no where near the hospital. Incidentally right after this I drove the ambulance in to an invisible object that instantly killed myself and the others in the ambulance. At the time when the other EMT message me about having dropped off the patient in my ambulance I thought he was confused because we all died and appeared at the same hospital. The Second day of 1.1 Sam and I partnered up. We were on scene with another EMT who got injured as well as 3x 10-15's. We were close to Sandy, so it was decided that I would take the ambulance to Sandy with the injured EMT who was the only one rated to fly the Swift he had arrived in, and since we needed him to transport one of the 10x15's. I hopped in Sam's ambulance (her unit, I had joined her as a partner) and drove the injured EMT to the hospital. He was the only one in the ambulance other than myself. We then got a radio call that one of the 10-15's had vanished from the scene, and we found that he had been transported to the hospital and treated, even though he was not in the ambulance. Seemingly the only factor I could think of as to why the 10-15 got transported was because Sam had treated him on scene. The other 2 10-15s had been treated by the injured EMT I was transporting. Since the unit was Sam's I think the script assumed the patient should have been treated even though he was not in the vehicle. Additionally, on the same day while I was partnered with Sam, we went to a PD scene where we needed 3 ambulances to transport 5 or 6 x 10x15's. We had loaded 2 patients in to our ambulance. One treated by me, one treated by her. We were asked to go through the ambulance bay last, because we had a special patient. And when the other 2 ambulances went through the bay, one of our 2 patients vanished being treated when one of the others went through the bay. Similar to 4.2 I think one of the 2 patients in our ambulance had been treated by the driver of one of the other 2 ambulances and not by Sam or myself.
  4. This is unreasonable. Making someone /showgun before drawing is one thing. Making them wait 2 seconds, allowing someone who already has a gun on their hip know you also have one and giving the other party 2 seconds warning before you can even starts drawing, is something else. IRL even legal carriers showing someone that you have one concealed, by quickly flashing what's hidden lifting a shirt tail is considered brandishing a weapon and a crime.
  5. This is the only thing I have an issue with in your writeup. I live in a state IRL that requires a license to carry a firearm. This license allows me to own any weapon I want, so long as its not full auto. The license also allows me to carry my firearm any way that I want, open or concealed. Although being in a liberal state, it is not advisable to open carry because of the general population. If I opened carried my firearm, the average civilian would likely call the cops on me. This could end in the result of a charge against me for "disturbing the peace" or "being a public nuisance." There are other states that do not require a license to carry, but you have to open carry in some of them. The state next door to mine is one of these states. Just being a resident of this state means you can purchase a firearm for your use. But if you want to conceal carry, you need to get a license for that. For this state, any concealment is concealed. For example, you might be open carrying your gun in an outside the waistband holster, but its raining out, so you put on a jacket when you leave the house, and it covers your holster and hides the gun. You are now concealed carrying. Its not intentional or with malicious intent, but unless you have a license for this, you cant do it or you can be arrested. I do agree with Alex though, certain firearms being concealable would be a nice change. For pistols .50 no, everything else a maybe. Everything else, like an SMG or Rifle no.. Some of these, the rifles, IRL would not even fit in to a backpack. But due to game mechanics, and there being no weapon dimensions, just weight, it is possible.. Though IRL my AR-15 breaks down in to 2 halves allowing me to fit it in to a backpack.
  6. I had not considered the criminal side. Since I do not know how to actually cook drugs.. I wonder if there would be a way to require a different water for them? For example, IRL there are different types of water: Tap Mineral Spring Distilled Sparkling Purified Alkaline Well Salt water While all of these are generally drinkable, with exception of the last, distilled water is generally used in most chemical uses as you do not want your water source to potentially carry contaminates in to the chemical reaction. It would not be unreasonable to flag a bottle of tap water, as not usable for the criminal applications in game, or to make it riskier to use over going out and getting water at the store. As a matter of fact. Why not make all refill sources, rivers, reservoir, oceans etc. unusable or riskier for cooking and store bought water is better for their use?
  7. Allow us to refill water bottles at the sink in our apartment/house. If we can refill bottles at any water source and the SD water dispenser, then why can we not refill them at our sinks? Additionally SD has a working dispenser, we should have one installed in PD and MD interiors as well. Not sure if DOC has one or not, but they should get one too. If there is a furniture item that is a water dispenser, it should get the ability to be a water source as well. Edit: SD water dispenser got broken when 1.1 came out, so we should re-add that as a source as well.

The following commands exist: /low - whisper /rlow - whisper on radio /deplow - whisper on inter departmental radio /melow - discreet /me /dolow - discreet /do So then, why would there not be a whisper on the phone option for non VOIP users? They need something like /plow or /phlow as it seems to be an oversight.
  9. Actually a few weeks before, maybe a month or more, they changed it to work with 299 and 300's from what I was able to tell. But now they seem to work randomly and even when they do its a one time thing..
  10. I got it to work today, but only for a moment... Got it to play an Areosmith song (https://youtu.be/qbexOeoH5hg) after a direct connect.. Any time I tried to get it to play another song by issuing another /carurl it would restart the same one... I then issued a /carurl without a song to stop playback and cannot get it to restart, even playing the same song it was playing. However some of these do not provide the proper lift.   13. Speakers and car radios used to work. I have a car radio in all my cars, and they only stopped working after the modview updates that came out last month. PS. there is already a report open on them not working here

Please note, I do still have the delay issue I had reported where songs play late, it starts about 19 seconds after I tell it to start playing, so there is a gap. Since the update the Car Radio does not work, and I have tried all the tricks that used to work. Direct Connect /logout Quit the game through menus and restart ALT+F4 and restart None of these work.   15. The weird thing is this started working fine a few days ago.. But I had windows updates pending.. it was taking about 5 seconds to start.. Then today I restarted to install the updates and now its at 15-18 seconds.. I'm not not sure where the hell the issue lies.
  16. This issue is back. After initially dropping down to 30 seconds, and even latter dropping to only like 5 seconds after I started playing music on a speaker or car radio it is now back up to 1 full min.
  17. Add Hydroponics Units so Marijuana can be grown inside. To go with this, we should be able to grow, dry, and roll all at an inside location.

"Lastly, my radio did not drop upon death as it is a current glitch found by the community that has not been fixed yet." As a result of not knowing that he had a radio, I was not on guard when I left my apartment 25 mins later after I killed him in my apartment hallway. I stepped out of my apartment into an ambush that I had not expected because he had no radio in my eyes to call for backup. As a result I lost items in a house raid. Vehicle license plate number*: NA
  19. Add a GoodRP/BadRP log to Panel so you can see when you get rated, and the comment about the situatio, minus player name/id so as to discourage retaliation when rated badly.
  20. This started working a few days ago for me. It seems it was a RAGE issue that got patched sometime before the update yesterday. I just never had a chance to test it out till now.
  21. I believe when you are down, you have 3 to 10 mins to get help. Disabling the phone for 2 mins means you cut down the chance of life saving response to 1-8, and radio calls to 2 mins before "death", if they are even still alive.
  22. I'm all for this. Because if someone shot someone in the leg, they can still use the radio.. And the person who did the shooting could hold you hostage and force you to radio you friends in to coming out. Like RP hostage situation, call your friends, tell them we left, if you don't, we will shoot you.. Fear RP says that he must now use the radio to make the call. disabling the radio because of a busted kneecap breaks RP.
  23. Big +1 here as well. Police and EMS were just told that they are also not allowed to use the panic button on their radios if they go down. Apparently this was "missed" when the radios were disabled and will be getting turned off down the road. If they are going to say you cannot talk on the radio or press any buttons on it, then you also need to disable phones. This is a horrible game breaking design and violates reality, thus breaks RP Realism. IF, and this is a big if.. If they add in scripted injuries for accidents, like hey I have a broken arm.. Then and only then should scripted disabling of the radio be done.. You would need to disable both the radio and phone if you have a broken neck, or 2 broken arms, or gunshot to the head. Any other assumption that the radios cannot be used, but a phone can, because I broke a leg is unrealistic. Also, speaking of panic buttons.. They are small buttons that could be surreptitiously hit without the knowledge of anyone holding you hostage. unless they have taken your radio this is always an option.. kinda like the alarm hit by cashiers or bank attendants. Any rules or script changes that violate realism should be considered enforced power gaming done by the devs. We should all report the devs for violating Rule 10 of the server rules.
