The Cult of Kutzlak has been hard at work preparing for the holiday season and the crusade against the non-believers of Kutzlak, both quite festive occasions. In the spirit of the holidays the leadership of The Cult of Kutzlak is discussing many festive ideas for the Cult of Kutzlak. Stay tuned for the city will soon be saved by Kutzlak from the non-believers. It had been many months since The Cult of Kutzlak had left the city to complete a religious pilgrimage. Without the Cult having a strong presence in the state many lost their faith in Kutzlak and returned to their ways before The Cult of Kutzlak had entered their lives. The Cult is returning to the city with a plan to reenter peoples lives in a different way than it has before. (Prophet Henry returns from the Pilgrimage) After getting off of his flight the first thing Prophet Henry immediately realized the true depths the city had sunken to in his absence. There had always been violence in Los Santos but Prophet Henry did not expect to be greeted by the sounds of sirens and gunshots in the nearby vicinity. Prophet Henry made his way to his car and began to drive around to see how the city had changed since he was gone. Prophet Henry noticed while driving that there was next to no faith left in the city and that many people were barely surviving. Even the Epsilon Program which Prophet Henry considered admirable sinners were no where to be found in the city. It was time for Prophet Henry to return to The Church of Kutzlak, as Prophet Henry drove towards the church he wondered if perhaps someone had vandalized it in his absence. To his relief the only difference to The Church of Kutzlak was that it was covered in a thick coat of snow. (Prophet Henry reenters the church for the first time in months) Once arriving at the church Prophet Henry met with Head Councilman Gerald to discuss the future of The Cult of Kutzlak. Both men agreed that the previous style of recruitment was not as successful and that it was time for a fresh idea. After seeing the violence and the state of the city Prophet Henry decided it was time for extreme measures and that from now on The Cult of Kutzlak would be forced to use a more aggressive way to recruit, it was time for a conversion of the city. No more would missionaries sit of the side of the road recruiting it was time to launch a crusade against the non-believers of Kutzlak and begin forceful conversions...

The state of Los Santos is known for some of the highest inflation rates, highest prices, and least-paying jobs in the country. Many of the citizens of Los Santos find themselves living on the streets, unprotected and alone the homeless citizens of Los Santos are left in the cold to scavenge for food and defend themselves from hostile foes. Every day more and more citizens enter the city and are found defenseless without a home. Many homeless citizens are often robbed of what little they have. The Vagrants is a street gang formed by homeless citizens for homeless citizens. The Vagrants decided that they would take over the major homeless encampments of the city and the surrounding areas and provide safe places for fellow vagrants without the worry of other gangs. The Vagrants are most commonly located in or near homeless encampments around the city. The Rat King The Rat King is one individual responsible for controlling all the homeless encampments that The Vagrants have taken over. It is up to The Rat King to give control of each homeless encampment under control to a Boss who will handle the day to day operations. The Rat King also controls all major scale operations and important day to day decisions of The Vagrants as a whole. Boss A Boss controls a specific homeless encampment that they have been put in charge of by The Rat King. It is up to the boss to control day to day operations in their territory and to make important decisions for the good of The Vagrants. A boss will also provide important advice to The Rat King and assist in making major decisions for The Vagrants in some situations. Vagrant A vagrant is a regular member of The Vagrants. A Vagrant has proven themselves to be useful to the gang and have been initiated by the Boss the is in charge of their homeless camp. A vagrant will carry out decisions made by their boss and sometimes by The Rat King. Beggar A beggar is someone who is interested in joining The Vagrants but has not yet proven themselves to the gang. Beggars will often be given menial tasks from the boss that is in charge of their territory to help the gang. The Vagrants have many goals such as: Reach 10 members Take control of and secure homeless encampments all over the city and the areas around them Source readily available food and take it to the controlled homeless encampments for members of The Vagrants Reduce Police presence in predominantly homeless areas Source weapons for members of The Vagrants Create a stable supply of drugs that are readily available to be sold Gain intelligence on other gangs and create connections with other gangs The Vagrants have extremely high expectations and all rules are always expected to be followed Minimum admin record (May be justified) All server rules must always be followed with no exceptions Must respect all members of the server at all times Must have at least 5,000 exp preferable more (Exceptions may be made based on RP standard) Must demonstrate a high standard of RP EVERYTHING IN THIS POST IS OOC AND MAY NOT BE USED IC

Yesterday morning, Prophet Henry was greeted with the news from an associate of Kutzlak that a new religious group had been spotted in the city, calling themselves "The Epsilon Program." Prophet Henry was angered by the news of the formation of a new religious group one of which could only be comprised of sinners, and others who had been had not been blessed yet with the knowledge of Kutzlak. Prophet Henry immediately left the church to attempt to meet with these people and to hope to introduce The Cult of Kutzlak to them and to foster some sort of new relationship between their organizations. Prophet Henry arrived into the city, and made his to way to their religious building. Prophet Henry was immediately set back by view of an enormous industrial complex that they had turned into the Epsilon Program building. Upon entry Prophet Henry introduced himself to a member of their strange religion who called herself "Prophet" Maddison. While she seemed very respectful and kind Prophet Henry had difficulty adjusting to strange outfit and couldn't understand how someone of a religion could be permitted to wear such a thing. Nonetheless Prophet Henry did his best to try and remain respectful, learn more about their religion, and to foster good relations despite his confusion. "Prophet" Maddison proceeded to invite Henry to take a tour of their religious grounds while they waited for "Prophet" Mason to arrive. While their religious grounds were well maintained and the view was one of awe Prophet Henry could not understand as to why they would choose such an open location instead of one with more isolation. After speaking with Prophet Maddison for quite some time and realizing that these people were so far into their beliefs it would be almost impossible for Kutzlak to save them, "Prophet" Mason arrived. When "Prophet" Mason arrived, Prophet Henry was taken back by his outlandish outfit. It appeared to be made of fine cloth yet it was one of the strangest things Prophet Henry could imagine someone wearing. Prophet Henry admired that "Prophet" Mason spoke of his faith without any hesitation. Both explained their religions to each other, hoping to foster some sort of friendly relationship between each other. After talking for a while Prophet Henry invited the members of the Epsilon program to come to The Church of Kutzlak for a tour. All of them accepted, and they made their way to the church. After they arrived at the Church of Kutzlak, Prophet Henry began the tour showing them around the church. Prophet Henry noticed that after mentioning that the Cult of Kutzlak conducts human sacrifices the members of the Epsilon Program appeared nervous, Prophet Henry was confused by this as for The Cult of Kutzlak sacrifices are a necessity to reunite a sinners soul with Kutzlak. After the tour was completed Prophet Henry spoke with the members of the Epsilon Program a bit longer before wishing them well and saying that they would be in contact soon. The Cult of Kutzlak, hopes despite the differences in faith that those in the Epsilon Program will accept Kutzlak into their souls, and until they do while The Cult of Kutzlak will attempt to maintain good relations they cannot promise that the will of Kutzlak will not force their hand otherwise.

While many know of The Cult of Kutzlak through its current from that exists in the city of Los Santos The Cult of Kutzlak has existed for many centuries before its appearance in the city. It is believed that Dorte Sybill, the first prophet of Kutzlak was born between 1449-1452. Much of the life of Prophet Dorte is unknown as his early life was not heavily documented. It is known that Prophet Dorte was born to a poor family and that very early in his life Prophet Dorte lost his family due to the black plague. After losing his family it is believed that Prophet Dorte began his pilgrimage to understand the true meaning of life. Prophet Dorte began his pilgrimage starting in Northern England moving East throughout the whole world searching for a meaning to life. Prophet Dorte traveled all throughout Europe making his way to Asia, then traveling West through the Middle East and then into Africa. After making his way to Africa Prophet Dorte was given the oppurtunity to board a ship heading to South America. After arriving in South America Prophet Dorte began his journey far into the Amazon. While resting in a tribal village Prophet Dorte was introduced to a recipe to create a liquid which is now called, "The Blood of Kutzlak." Prophet Dorte ingested this liquid and was then chosen to be the holy Prophet and messenger of Kutzlak. Immediately after the holy experience Prophet Dorte began to write of his holy experience. He described a holy pigeon commanding him to bring the knowledge of Kutzlak to the rest of the world. And thus the Cult of Kutzlak was formed. On his return to Europe Prophet Dorte began to write The Holy Manuscripts of Kutzlak, detailing messages from Kutzlak and how a member of The Cult of Kutzlak should live their lives. (A page from the Manuscripts of Kutzlak) Upon his return to Europe Prophet Dorte began to preach the holy word of Kutzlak but he was not met with a reaction he expected. While some joined the Cult of Kutzlak and supported Prophet Dortek, others believed that the cult members were evil and sought to destroy them. Prophet Dorte among his fellow believers were drove into hiding and were forced to live out their lives in hiding in fear of their lives. Not much is known of the later years of Prophet Dortes life but it is known that he continued to preach the word of Kutzlak in hiding, helped to create many of now celebrated ceremonies, and repeated his pilgrimage to South America many times with his fellow members. Prophet Dorte passed to New Earth when he chose to sacrifice himself to Kutzlak in a ceremony of reuniting. The Cult of Kutzlak remembers Prophet Dorte with pride and honor remembering how he fought for his ideals and fought in the name of Kutzlak. It is with great honor that the Cult of Kutzlak is able to say that many pages of the original manuscript are kept in The Church of Kutzlak where they are safely kept and guarded. Prophet Dorte Sybill will always be known as the first Prophet of The Cult of Kutzlak may he rest in New Earth.

The Cult of Kutzlak's treasury has never been one of great size. Followers of Kutzlak believe that it wealth is not the key to life and often attempt to maintain this way of life in the city. The Cult of Kutzlak prides itself in showing that ones wealth does not determine their success. The Cult of Kutzlak treasury is only used for things that is believed to be completely necessary for The Cult of Kutzlak and it's followers. The Cult of Kutzlak uses money from the treasury extremely carefully and only if necessary. The Church of Kutzlak is one of the Cult of Kutzlak's biggest expenses. For many months the Church has been under renovations and people have not been able to enter to insides of the church. The Cult of Kutzlak chose to use the church as the government had foreclosed upon the property and the building had been unoccupied for many years. The Cult of Kutzlak began to move into the church but realized that much of the building had to be repainted and that there were holes in the roof that also had to be repaired. This has proven to be the Cult of Kutzlak's biggest expense to date costing thousands of dollars only to begin renovations. The Cult of Kutzlak also finds expense in providing basic necessitates for its members. (Prophet Henry seen wearing the Cult of Kutzlak suit) To all those that wish to become full members of the Cult of Kutzlak they must wear a suit to show their devotion to Kutzlak. The Cult of Kutzlak often will provide funds for the outfit if the member does not have enough. The Cult of Kutzlak also provides food and water to full members of The Cult of Kutzlak as full members are expected to work at the Church. Members of the Cult of Kutzlak live humble lives but are expected to work for The Cult of Kutzlak. The Cult of Kutzlak has found many ways to make money while devoting their lives to Kutzlak. The most profitable method that has been used is by collecting donations from kind Samaritans that come by the church to learn more about The Cult of Kutzlak. Members of The Cult of Kutzlak also hold private ceremonies at the Church of Kutzlak to make money for the Cult of Kutzlak. Many full members of the Cult of Kutzlak are expected to devoted there lives to the Cult of Kutzlak and therefore put their money back into the Cult of Kutzlak treasury. The Cult of Kutzlak sees wealth as a distraction and for centuries followers have lived humble lives, The Cult of Kutzlak seeks not money but the goal to bring the message of Kutzlak to the city.

In an effort to secure valuable contacts for The Cult of Kutzlak, Prophet Henry invited some men to the church to discuss business as they had met before while recruiting and had chosen to join the Cult of Kutzlak as associates, implying that they would be willing to do business with the Cult of Kutzlak. When the men arrived they spoke about business discussing how they could help the Cult of Kutzlak. Prophet Henry was very happy with the results that meeting had so far delivered. With these connections The Cult of Kutzlak would now be able to secure a viable defense for itself and protect itself from those who wished it harm. When the men Prophet Henry had at the church asked if they could invite more people to the church Prophet Henry gladly agreed, intending to spread the word of Kutzlak further. When the others quickly arrived Prophet Henry began to explain what The Cult of Kutzlak was about and what their purpose was. What Prophet Henry was surprised by was that almost everyone listening was interested in becoming a part-time member of the Cult of Kutzlak as an associate. After welcoming everyone into the Cult of Kutzlak, Prophet Henry believed it would be good to lead a sermon. Everyone began to gather in a circle praying to Kutzlak, and meditating. (New members meditating along with The Prophet of Kutzlak to Kutzlak) As the new members meditated alongside Prophet Henry more people were invited to the church to learn about the Cult of Kutzlak. Many of those invited chose to become a part-time member of the Cult of Kutzlak and chose to stay for the sermon and meditate with Kutzlak. Slowly but surely the group grew, with more and more people joining the circle to show their devotion for Kutzlak. Eventually everyone decided to move down to the road to show their devotion to those going down the road and to attempt to have people join from the street. While on the road a tragedy happened, a man speeding down the road hit and struck one of the new believers following Kutzlak. The man was immediately brought back to the church where it was realized what must be done. The only way to save this man from a wretched life forever incapacitated was to reunite his soul with Kutzlak and send him to New Earth to be with Kutzlak. The man was brought to the ceremonial shed where the sacrificial blade was produced and handed to Head Councilman Gerald for the Ceremony to be commenced. All watched in silence praying to Kutzlak while the sacrifice commenced. (All sit in meditation guided by Prophet Henry after the sacrifice) After the sacrifice a small ceremony was held where the man was thought of not as he was but how he shall live in New Earth, reunited with Kutzlak in all of his glory. After the ceremony was commenced the man was taken the private graveyard on Cult grounds to be buried. A small funeral procession was held in which the man was buried and those who knew him well spoke fondly of him while praising Kutzlak for saving him. The funeral procession was led by Prophet Henry who spoke of New Earth and the glory of those who reunite their soul with Kutzlak shall experience. (Prophet Henry leads the funeral processions) After the funeral processions most stayed at the church for a little longer but eventually had to leave to attend to other matters as they were not full-time members of The Cult of Kutzlak. As all left those who remained were Prophet Henry and Head Councilman Gerald. The two spoke about business for a bit and congratulated themselves on a successful day for the Cult of Kutzlak before returning to their normal duties in the Cult of Kutzlak.

While the Cult of Kutzlak had made contact with the sheriffs department and had done its best to create good relations, there were contacts still yet to be made. While spreading the word of Kutzlak, a new follower of Kutzlak suggested the idea to travel to the prison to attempt with the inmates. The prophet of Kutzlak realizing the potential of being able to introduce the Cult of Kutzlak to inmates and potentially making new contacts for the Cult of Kutzlak welcomed this idea and traveled to the prison to attempt to introduce inmates to the Cult of Kutzlak. (The Prophet of Kutzlak and Follower of Kutzlak, Donn travel to the prison) Unfortunately when the prophet of Kutzlak arrived they were not met with kindness by the active prison guard and were almost immediately denied entry after explaining the purpose of their trip The Prophet of Kutzlak was then disrespectfully escorted off of the property by the prison guard. While the Cult of Kutzlak had been rudely refused entry into the prison they had not given in yet. The prophet of Kutzlak was determined to gain contact with inmates. After discussing the events with head councilman Gerald, the prophet of Kutzlak decided to go back to the prison with the head councilman and to try again. Upon entering the prison the prophet of Kutzlak and the head councilman were immediately given a much warmer welcome by a prison guard who had in fact heard of The Cult of Kutzlak before. The prison guard was extremely interested in The Cult of Kutzlak and offered to come to the church to learn more about the Cult of Kutzlak. The prophet welcomed the guard to the church. Upon arriving at the church of Kutzlak the prophet of Kutzlak gave a tour of the church grounds and then began to discuss his intentions of wanting to speak to inmates and bring them the word of Kutzlak. (The prophet of Kutzlak and Head Councilman Gerald give a tour of the church grounds) The prison guard was extremely receptive to the idea of allowing members of The Cult of Kutzlak meet with inmates to discuss joining the Cult of Kutzlak and was extremely respectful to both the prophet of Kutzlak and the head councilman of Kutzlak. The prophet was extremely satisfied with his meeting with the guard and was hopeful for the results of their meeting. After their discussions were concluded the prophet of Kutzlak left with the knowledge that his message would reach the warden the prison. After meeting with the guards from the prison the time had finally come for news on if members of The Cult of Kutzlak would be allowed to spread to word of Kutzlak inside of the prison. The prophet of Kutzlak was eagerly anticipating the wardens decision, knowing the doors that this decision could open for The Cult of Kutzlak. Unfortunately when the wardens decision arrived it did not bear the news that the prophet was expecting. The warden had decided to not allow missionaries of the Cult of Kutzlak to enter the prison on the basis that the prison was not looking to create partnerships with The Cult of Kutzlak. While this response surprised the prophet of Kutzlak, the Cult of Kutzlak will continue to forge new relations with groups throughout the city and will continue to recruit believers to the Cult of Kutzlak.

Recruitment efforts for The Cult of Kutzlak have been in full swing since the Cult has moved to Los Santos. Since the death of Head Councilman Nicholas, and the appointment of Head Councilman Gerald a new recruitment program has been created. In efforts to introduce more people to the Cult of Kutzlak Henry Whittaker the Prophet of Kutzlak alongside Head Councilman Gerald thought it would be a good idea to educate people on the streets about The Cult of Kutzlak by having those of higher positions go to the streets to educate those about the Cult of Kutzlak. After the decision was made, The Prophet of Kutzlak and Head Councilman Gerald immediately traveled to the bank among other locations to try to teach the people about Kutzlak. Unfortunately, people did not take kindly to the Cult Of Kutzlak. The Prophet and Head Councilman realized that people in the city had been set in their ways for far too long and decided to return to the cult church to devise a new plan. After deliberating for a long period The Prophet along with Head Councilman Gerald and the rest of the Council of Kutzlak devised a program in order to introduce the people to the idea of The Cult of Kutzlak. This program was created to allow those to learn about the Cult of Kutzlak and to eventually join the Cult of Kutzlak. Some steps of the program involve consuming a ceremonial liquid used for centuries in The Cult of Kutzlak to induce a coma like state, and to open the consumers mind allowing them to see and talk to Kutzlak. After this, continuing the program steps assuming the consumer would like to continue their journey and is still fit to do so they would learn more about the Cult of Kutzlak's history and teachings. After the creation of the new recruitment program The Prophet and Head Councilman chose to stand on the street outside of the Cult of Kutzlak's chosen church and invite people inside the church to learn more about the Cult of Kutzlak. By inviting people to come the the Cult's church to lean more about the Cult of Kutzlak, the Cult of Kutzlak succeeded in educating more people about The Cult of Kutzlak. However, to the Prophets disappointment not many people ventured through that road, while the program had proven semi successful, The Cult of Kutzlak was still not reaching a wide enough audience. While the majority of those the Cult of Kutzlak interacted with were polite and interested in the Cult of Kutzlak there were some people that did not agree with the Cult of Kutzlak and felt threatened by the Cult of Kutzlak. Henry Whittaker, The Prophet of Kutzlak and Head Councilman Gerald chose to venture late into the night testing the effectiveness of the new recruitment program when to their dismay a young lady called the police on them. The Prophet chose to wait for the police to arrive understanding that they had done nothing wrong and that the young lady who had called the police was severely misguided and did not understand the higher mission of The Cult of Kutzlak. Eventually, two police deputies arrived and the Prophet of Kutzlak alongside the Head Councilman began to explain why they were there. (The Prophet of Kutzlak and Head Councilman explains themselves to the officers) The Police deputies were extremely aggressive in their questioning of The Prophet of Kutzlak. The officers asked questions about the Cult of Kutzlak which The Prophet was more than happy to oblige to answering. The two officers eventually called in an officer to check us out which The Prophet of Kutzlak was more than willing to allow. The Prophet of Kutzlak took the officer on a tour of the church grounds explaining the history and the ceremonies of the Cult of Kutzlak. Eventually the two deputies returned and continued to ask disrespectful questions towards the Prophet of Kutzlak often disrespecting the Cult of Kutzlak's core beliefs. The Prophet of Kutzlak answered all the questions truthfully as The Prophet and The head Councilman had nothing to fear for as they were serving a higher purpose that the law could not stop them from doing. The deputies asked questions ranging from where the cult got their money to what the ingredients were for the concoction that allows potential cult members to see Kutzlak. The Prophet emphasized that all ceremonial processes are private however the deputies were not satisfied. Without the police officers understanding the higher goals of The Cult of Kutzlak the Prophet of Kutzlak unfortunately realized that there was no way for them to understand the Cult of Kutzlak. With this knowledge the Prophet of Kutzlak continued to answer the deputies questions. It was clear that the Police regarded the Prophet of Kutzlak and Head Councilman as nothing more than common criminals which was highly offensive to The Prophet of Kutzlak. However, The Prophet of Kutzlak suppressed his anger and offense as is traditional in the Cult of Kutzlak and after answering the deputies questions kindly showed them to their cars and welcomed them back anytime. The deputies made it clear that they might return to test the Ceremonial liquid for narcotics. This disappointed the Prophet of Kutzlak, after all of those questions the deputy had yet to have a basic understanding of The Cult of Kutzlak and their higher goals. With the deputies having left the church The Prophet of Kutzlak and The Head Councilman went to work, attempting how to figure out the Cult of Kutzlak can reach more people in the city to educate them about The Cult of Kutzlak, and how they can further protect themselves from those that wish to destroy the Cult of Kutzlak. At 6:20 in the morning Nicholas Sentren, head of the council of Kutzlak was pronounced dead of natural causes in his home by Los Santos medical professionals. Head Councilman Nicholas was selected to join the Council of Kutzlak in 1942 by the Prophet of Kutzlak, Steven Douglas. Head Councilman Nicholas retained his position of Councilman until 1967 when he was selected to lead the Council, becoming the first head councilman in the cults history. After the passing of the Prophet of Kutzlak, Steven Douglas in the 1980s Head Councilman Nicholas lead the search for the new Prophet of Kutzlak. When Henry Whittaker was selected as the new prophet of Kutzlak he chose to retain Head Councilman Nicholas in his position. Head Councilman Nicholas led the Council of Kutzlak for many years and devoted his life to Kutzlak. Over the years Head Councilman Nicholas saw many people become Councilmen of the Council of Kutzlak and worked hard to maintain the integrity of the Council and Cult itself. Head Councilman Nicholas devoted his life to Kutzlak and will be missed. At 9:32 at night the burial ceremony for head councilman commenced. Henry Whittaker the current Prophet of Kutzlak conducted the ceremony alongside Gerald Lingle, a Councilman of Kutzlak. High Councilman Nicholas was buried on sacred cult grounds in the name of Kutzlak. In light of the death of Head Councilman Nicholas it was time to begin the search to select who would be the second Head Councilman of the Cult of Kutzlak. Henry Whittaker, the Prophet of Kutzlak was left with the difficult decision of who to grant the responsibilities of the Head Councilman to. This was no easy task as Head Councilman Nicholas was a man who devoted his entire life to the Cult of Kutzlak, and did his best to lead his fellow councilmen to the best of his ability. Many discussions were had if the role of Head Councilman should even be replaced or if it would be best to return to not having a head councilman as such were the ways of the Cult of Kutzlak before 1967. However the Prophet of Kutzlak decided that there would be a successor to Head Councilman Nicholas. The Council of Kutzlak spent weeks upon weeks deliberating with the Prophet of Kutzlak on who the new Head Councilman should be. The Prophet of Kutzlak expected Veteran Councilmen from the Council of Kutzlak to volunteer or ask for the position of Head Councilman. However, to his disappointment only one Councilman asked for the position. This Councilman was Gerald Lingle, a man who was new to the council only having being named a councilman a couple months before. (Councilman Gerald Lingle poses for a picture with Henry Whittaker, the Prophet of Kutzlak) Councilman Gerald was no slacker in the council, in fact the Prophet of Kutzlak had been impressed by his initiative in taking new responsibilities at the death of Head Councilman Nicholas. However, the Prophet of Kutzlak had wanted a veteran Councilman, someone who would've had the chance to work with Head Councilman Nicholas throughout the years. However, Councilman Gerald was insistent and pledged to work as hard as he would have to in order to prove that he was not only ready but the perfect fit for the responsibilities of the Head of the Council of Kutzlak. The Prophet of Kutzlak was impressed by the devotion shown by Councilman Gerald and decided that perhaps Councilman Gerald was the right person to take over for Head Prophet Nicholas. Councilman Gerald Lingle had proven himself to the Prophet of Kutzlak, the councilman had shown that he was willing to do anything to become the Head Councilman of the Cult of of Kutzlak and he had shown devotion similar to the devotion of Head Councilman Nicholas. After Henry Whittaker, the Prophet of Kutzlak had made his decision that he was going to select Councilman Gerald as the new Head Councilman he told Councilman Gerald to meet him at the cult grounds. When Councilman Gerald arrived the Prophet of Kutzlak conducted the ceremony naming him the official successor to Head Councilman and naming him Head Councilman of the Cult of Kutzlak. (The Prophet of Kutzlak conducts the naming ceremony) Councilman Gerald was now named Head Councilman Gerald and granted the responsibilities of Head Councilman Nicholas. The Prophet of Kutzlak saw potential in Head Councilman Gerald and expects to see this potential evolve even greater in the future. When doomsday begins will you follow Kutzlak? The cult of Kutzlak has been formed to prepare for the inevitable doomsday event and to worship Kutzlak. The cult prides itself on being a welcoming organization to all who wish to worship Kutzlak and will not deny anyone of entry to the cult without valid reasoning. While the Cult of Kutzlak is relatively new to the city the Cult has a history long before its emergence in the city. In the mid 1300s it is believed that Kutzlak made contact with the first Prophet of Kutzlak: Dorte Sybill. The cult was forced to go underground at the time to protect itself from those who did not believe in Kutzlak and to protect its members from the black plague. However, the cult survived withstanding outside pressures and was able to maintain a steady group of followers throughout time. As the modern age approached the cult began to fade into obscurity as Joseph Edwards, the prophet in the early 1900s was against the cult moving to the Americas and preferred they remain in Europe. After his passing Steven Douglas was selected as the new prophet to lead the Cult of Kutzlak, it was his decision to move the cult to the Americas and he worked to bring to Cult back out of obscurity. After Steven Douglas passed away in the 1980s the current prophet Henry Whittaker was selected to lead the Cult of Kutzlak and has lead the cult since then. Members of the Cult of Kutzlak have believed for centuries that Kutzlak the holy pigeon pledged to bring about the apocalypse and eventually destroy the Earth, to start a new Earth with his devout followers that join the cult. The followers of Kutzlak have many historical traditions and events to work towards pleasing Kutzlak. Some of these traditions include animal or human sacrifices to appease the mighty Kutzlak. Followers have also historically engaged in narcotic experiences to spiritually connect with Kutzlak. The rank structure of the Cult of Kutzlak is solely based on commitment to the cult and those that join will be a granted a higher rank if they have proved themselves responsible and have shown their devotion to Kutzlak. The Prophet of Kutzlak The Prophet is the leader of the Cult Of Kutzlak and is seen as the holiest member of the cult. The Prophets job is to designate the Cults mission and to handle funds of the cult. The prophet may also promote those who they see worthy. The prophet is a rank that cannot be obtained as only one person can hold it. The Head Councilman of Kutzlak This rank is the newest rank since the Cult of Kutzlak was formed. One Councilman from the Council of Kutzlak will be assigned to be the Head of the Council of Kutzlak by the Prophet of Kutzlak. The head of the council will lead council discussions and be responsible for managing the council. The Head Councilman of Kutzlak is responsible for selecting a new Prophet of Kutzlak after the current Prophet passes away and is responsible for the regualr duties of the Prophet of Kutzlak while searching for a new Prophet of Kutzlak The Council Of Kutzlak The Council of Kutzlak is hand picked by the prophet and handles day to day things of the Cult of Kutzlak. These duties may include preforming sacred rituals or deciding important cult decisions with The Prophet of Kutzlak. A High Priest of Kutzlak A high priest of Kutzlak is responsible for congregations for Kutzlak and holding low level rituals and events in the name of Kutzlak. A high priest is usually put in there position by The Council of Kutzlak and the council is responsible for high priests. Some responsibilities of the high priest include assigning missionaries, holding congregations, and preforming low level rituals. The High priest is not seen as a high figure in the cult, yet a respectable one. A Missionary of Kutzlak A missionary of Kutzlak is assigned to their position by a high priest. A missionary's duty is to teach others about the Cult Of Kutzlak and attempt to recruit them to the Cult of Kutzlak. A missionary of Kutzlak is required to have been in the Cult and have been recognized by a high priest as a respectable person for the cult. A Follower of Kutzlak A follower of Kutzlak has no duties in the Cult of Kutzlak other than to do menial Cult work in the name of Kutzlak and attend mandatory congregations and events. A follower of Kutzlak attains their rank by doing menial tasks for the Cult of Kutzlak and working the way up from being a Potential of Kutzlak. A Potential of Kutzlak A potential is someone who has either not proven them self to the Cult of Kutzlak is new to the cult or has been demoted from another rank for not maintaining their regular duties for the cult. This rank may also be held by those who have not been in the city for too long (Less than 5000 Exp). A potential is required to do menial tasks to prove themselves to the high priest who will decide when they are ready to become a follower of Kutzlak. An Associate of Kutzlak An associate of Kutzlak is someone who wants to join the cult part time and not as a full member but still believes in Kutzlak or is a business partner or ally with the Cult of Kutzlak. The Shunned of Kutzlak The shunned of Kutzlak are those who denied to join the church or those who have spoken out against high ranking members of the cult or against the holy pigeon Kutzlak. The shunned are considered rude and it is preferred that members of the cult limit their conversations with the shunned as much as possible. The Rules of the Cult of Kutzlak are quite simple. Those that wish to join the Cult of Kutzlak must not have any tattoos that aren't approved. Members of the Cult of Kutzlak are expected to preform tasks assigned to them with the best of their abilities. Members of the Cult of Kutzlak are expected to dress professionally preferably a beige or white suit. Members of the Cult of Kutzlak are expected to be respectful and polite to all that they meet. Members of the Cult of Kutzlak are expected to attend holy events or ceremonies. Members of the Cult of Kutzlak must also have been in the city long enough to know their way around unless permitted by one of a higher rank (10,000 exp is required, exceptions may be made). Members of the Cult of Kutzlak are expected to defend other members of the cult and the name of the cult with their lives. A member of the Cult of Kutzlak is to understand that wealth is not important to the cult. The Cult Of Kuzlak currently has numerous goals. We want to recruit 10 members. We want to establish contact with other gangs, mafias, or cartels to establish alliances. We want to increase our member count and educate the city about the cult of Kutzlak. We want to find a weapon supplier that can provide weapons so members of the Cult of Kutzlak can defend themselves and cult property. We want to find a supplier of drugs for the Cult of Kutzlak until we can make our own. We would like to establish a source of income either through donations or through legal businesses. We want to purchase properties across the state to act as cult grounds.
