Well this was just some quick thinking, if people and staff seem positive about it then Ill write something more indepth. My basic thought was add setups for official gangs that have to be completed in the days before a heist deadline (Ex: Truck Heist - Gang 1 gets call that an illegal shipment of guns is showing up at the LS docks in the next couple of days and is going to be taken to Gang 2, Gang 1 that wants to steal the shipment must go to the docks and scope it out (maybe have to pay and interact with a corrupt dock person either way theres plenty of RP to be done there) then they have to scope out an ambush spot (further down the road must be realistic) and create a plan (again, rp making the plan and you can create a bunch of different plans be creative), finally when they get the call the trucks are moving they gotta drop what they are doing and run to the ambush zone where rival gang members should already be escorting their illegal drug shipment (this is the fun part but it should have tons of RP too according to the plan the ambushing gang has) Obviously all bets are off after this point and either gang or neither thanks to the cops could end up with the shipment. You can change this heist up to have less or more fighting and less/more RP. You can also very easily make a bank/jewelry heist or whatever type of cool thing you want. This adds plenty of RP for Criminals, Cops, and Civilians since most of these require some sort of civilian interaction and I believe the reward and amount of fresh RP brings incentive BUT the reward should always be tied RPly and like in the gang example the first gang has to pay for the shipment of guns it cant just originally spawn out of thin air. I think people read this title and believe I want some non-rp shoot fest but all I want is bad ass creative roleplay with good rewards.
