No, the in game comet matches it's IRL speed and performance. I personally don't believe you should be complaining when you have a crown vic accelerating a fast as a sports car. -

Don't see why you have a problem, PD has helicopters and all the equipment needed to stop these cars. I've seen several situations where maxed supercars are used in chases. The Comet Retro costs about $5 MIllion upwards, so its not like these vehicles are easily obtained. -
+1 Agreed 100% Large criminal organizations, would have a different source of ammunition and weapons than other criminal organizations.
