In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. Players should not deprive other players of roleplay, e.g. early on the interaction asking them not to speak unless it makes sense in the roleplay situation. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper roleplay reason and interaction. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they are not in compliance with plausible demands, attempt to escape, or call backup. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack a player on foot more than once, including a failed attempt. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) Someone is attempting to take your life. Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. How did the player break the rule(s)? So everything started while i was checking drug labs. I saw suspicious 2 vehicles 3 guys in total. I noticed that one guy "New Player" Is driving kinda expensive car which one is probably stolen. I thought i should check on these guys because they seemed very suspicious to me. I started to follow them and ID 91 attempts to ram me without any valid reasons, also when he was trying to ran me over he jumped off the cliff with expensive car. I thought that hes kinda new to server and wanted to inform him that he cannot do that, its against the rules. When i catch up with ID 60 i wanted to inform him that let his friend know that attempt to ram me several times with car is against the rules. As soon as i was informing ID 60 about his friend, they pulled up to me and gave me demands from car, which is not able anymore. So i didn't paid too much attention to it and took off. ID 60 Starts to block the road for me for no reason, ID 91 starts to ram me and ID 164 just opened fire on me. Also i should add that ID 164 shot his friend at the end instead of me.     @MrSilky Hey, i didn't saved earlier interaction with these guys. Everything started when i was passing bank and checking for rival gangs. As soon as i came near Grocery Store behind the bank i saw this Red Baller. I start to chase them because from my perspective i thought it was "Narcos" our rival gang with who we fighting. I followed them till Central MD when they stop. They step out of the car and started to trashtalk at me in cameras zone. They keep talking for entire 10-15minutes. After that they left Central MD, pull over to MD Gas Station to get some fuel and they take off, that's how chase started.

ID 55 gave demands for me at 140km/h and shot once, i thought it was just a desync and didn't paid too much attention to it. But a bit later on he did that again. He shot at me multiple times without any valid reason at high speed. Evidence of rule breach:

  5. Hello ID 88 here. I don't have my POV, because i wasn't informed that i'm being reported. As soon as we got backup call i tried to came to that location as fast as i can. I tried reporting party hit once, but not twice. In my eyes i hit him first time, as soon as i hit him i tried to reverse and got some distance and better position for shootout but when i saw my ally behind me i stopped my car. You can even see from my ally perspective how fast he TP'd behind my car in second because of desync.

  9. Hello. ID 98 here (driver of Schlagen GT). I didnt saved my footage. Yes, everything started as reporting party said, at the mines. One of my ally was robbing one guy at mines, guy with truck pulled at Mines and ask me what we are doing. As soon as he saw guy being robbed he called Police on us and gave us clear rights to kill him. As soon as my passenger started to shoot at him, he got out of truck and started comply. Talking about main chase. We were chilling at Sandy MD when one of our ally said that someone calling cops on us. We instantly started to chase him down, i even PM'd him that hes broking NLR rule, but he didnt texted me back nothing in that case i thought that he didnt die at the Mines. When were chasing him he actually stopped at SD and begged for help again but noone responded for him. We continue to chase him again, as you can see maybe i hit him once or twice with my car but it was clearly desync. He continue to ram me multiple times, and my passenger starts to shooting at him. He woulda be injured long time ago, but he didnt because he was carrying a crate on his lap. When we realized that we cannot injure him because of that crate we called for a backup to box him it. I also want to add that reporting party broke Fear RP rule by himself, he was running from 8-10 armed guys while was at gunpoint.
