Damn bro.. Jk, here's few tips what can be the problem.. Firstly is to check if screen is the problem so if ypu have tv or monitor which you can use to check if it displays the picture on another screen via hdmi or whatever you have. 2nd thing is gpu, it's a bit hard to check, basically you need to open up the laptop and remove or replace the gpu to check if it will work. 3rd thing can be ram memory. If you have more than 2 sticks, try to remove one and boot the laptop wiht only one card. If it doesn't turn on, try with another card. 4th thing can be motherboard which is not easy to check or repair.

I will agree too if they implement that you'll also have a timer when you pulling your heavy weapon from the bag/trunk/glovebox. Also the animation or the delay time for stashing something in a glovebox. When we pull over people, they just stash their weapons and it takes 1sec.
