Hello, ID 62 here. Ronny Miguel was previously spiked by me and he went straight to the city. We have been chasing him for a long time and if he went to the city without tires speeding it would be RPly dangerous. He did a u-turn and I wanted to slow or prevent him from evading again. I slowed down to less than 20km/h and I would like to point out that I am driving Kamacho with a huge ass ram bar at the front. I nearly fully stopped my vehicle and they just crashed straight into me. They had no tires and they were not driving full speed. I also turned to left which will prevent them hitting me straight into my doors. Also to point that we knew Ali was in the vehicle and he was involved in murdering detective in a previous situation.

Hello there, sorry for the late answer. Do you still have the same issue? My next tip is to re-install gta and don't mod it till you register.

It might be the scooter you driving, have you tried any other vehicle yet and do you still have same problem?

Damn bro.. Jk, here's few tips what can be the problem.. Firstly is to check if screen is the problem so if ypu have tv or monitor which you can use to check if it displays the picture on another screen via hdmi or whatever you have. 2nd thing is gpu, it's a bit hard to check, basically you need to open up the laptop and remove or replace the gpu to check if it will work. 3rd thing can be ram memory. If you have more than 2 sticks, try to remove one and boot the laptop wiht only one card. If it doesn't turn on, try with another card. 4th thing can be motherboard which is not easy to check or repair.

I will agree too if they implement that you'll also have a timer when you pulling your heavy weapon from the bag/trunk/glovebox. Also the animation or the delay time for stashing something in a glovebox. When we pull over people, they just stash their weapons and it takes 1sec.
